Nice Room To Relax In!
The employees were very nice and the check-in process was the fastest I've ever experienced. The room was very clean and the bed was seriously comfortable! Right next to a shopping center lot of food, so you can leave your car and walk to eat if you would like. My son is stationed at Randolph AFB, so I will definitely be staying here again!

Would book here again!
Hotels is clean and rooms/bathrooms are a nice size. Our visit overlapped with a school group but I don't blame the hotel on the noise level late at night. Breakfast was a good array of different items and coffee was plentiful. I would stay here again.

Great service and accommodations, at an area where many businesses and restaurants. Friendly and polite service. Only thing I was not in agreement, was a steep charge for ESA pets (75.00 for 2 dogs).

This is a wonderful Hampton Inn for your next stay in the San Antonio / New Braunfels area. The property appears to be recently updated. The rooms are clean and in great condition - bathroom fixtures are in great condition, shower head is new and works great, beds are comfortable and clean. Mini-frig, microwave, TV and air conditioning unit are all in top working condition. There were no holes, scrapes or stains on any of the walls or the carpet. Hallway carpet is clean and unstained. The lobby is very clean. Fitness room equipment is in great working condition. Pool is very clean and welcoming. Seating area has accommodations for laptop work and the 24-hr coffee is always hot. The breakfast is fabulous. A variety of eggs, breakfast meat and pastries. The self-serve waffle station has more options than I have ever seen in a hotel - lots of toppings and two types of batter (apple-cinnamon or vanilla). A good selection of cereals, breads, toppings, juices, etc. The attendant is always refreshing and cleaning. This is by far the best hotel breakfast I have experienced in a very long time outside of elite 5-star hotels with a staffed kitchen. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. They make your stay comfortable and trouble free. This will be on my short list of great places to stay in the San Antonio area.

There were mushrooms growing in the carpet in our room. We noticed this after our air conditioner wasn’t working. They did change our room and the next room was much better.

Very unpleasant having to shower in shin-high dirty water. Told the front desk they said maintenance was gone and could not do anything. It was 4 of us and it was gross having the dirty water rise up almost to our knees for our showers!
