Nice hotel, great location, excellent service

Pros: The hotel has a very good services
Location: The location is very good, next to the 281 one of the principals highways of the city.
We were there for a medical treatment, the hotel has a very good cafeteria where we could had breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel personal were very kind and helpful.

Decent hotel, seemed old. Bed is not comfortable. Bathroom we weird, i think i had a handicap room.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: The breakfast was nice & the pool seemed nice but I didn't like that it was in the middle of the building so I didn't partake.
Cons: Room lighting could be better. Even some can lights over the bed would brighten the space more than it was.
Location: Theres a small shopping center with Target and some food within walking distance. Your about a 10-15 minute drive from the Riverwalk area.
Overall it was a great experience. There was an issue with the office chair as it kept sinking after a little use and the manager on shift replaced it within about an hour of complaint. It was replaced with a nicer mesh style chair similar to the one I use at work. My only personal grievance was the size of the room and there's really nothing that can be done about that. I prefer large, open, well lit rooms and even with every light in the room turned on, it still felt like mood lighting. During the day I just opened the window and let the sun in but that only worked during the day. As far as size goes there was little more than walking room between the bed and the business desk and the length of the room was 2 queens, a nightstand, and a lounge chair.

Unpleasant, but I really can't say it's systemic!

Pros: Good location for my need. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.
Cons: Plumbing that works correctly.
I should have known better than to book a room when it shows "Only 2 Rooms Left". When you open the room door the breakfast area was RIGHT THERE! Beginning at 6AM there were dishes clanging and I got to listen to everyone's breakfast conversation. It was the worst room location ever. I'd rather be sandwiched in between the ice machine and the elevator! The room was clean, as was the bathroom, EXCEPT for the tub; it was full of hair and other things (origin unknown). Well, the next morning, I learned why. The plumbing was back-washing into the tub and I watched in disbelief as the tub filled halfway with water (and the aforementioned hair and things of unknown origin) from the drain. GROSS! I didn't shower that morning, and waited until I got home. The staff were really nice about it, but never offered anything other than to have maintenance look at it. No offer of another room in which to shower or a refund of any sort. I'm not ready to blame the hotel, as I don't know if they knew about it. Stuff happens, so I don't sweat the small stuff. Still, I would have at least appreciated an offer of a place to shower.

Unfortunately because our property is a little older we do from time to time have a couple of hiccups with our maintenance. However our maintenance team has been working really hard on ensuring all of our guest rooms are serviced and up to date.

Friendly staff. Convenient location to airport.

Pros: Beautiful lobby, and the complimentary coffee and tea is a nice touch.
The only downside is that the pool is in the artrium, and we were there on a night when it was filled with dozens of middle school girls screaming and playing in the pool all evening, and running up and down the halls. We were there on one of those nights ....

Cons: The beds were not very comfortable and the bathrooms needed some updating and maintenance.
Staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby was very nice, updated and well maintained. The rooms could use a face lift or two as well as some updates.

Horrible

Pros: It's the worst staff terrible rude
Cons: train your staff and know your job description
Location: nothing
I pre-paid for my room thinking that was all I needed to do. When I get to the hotel they ask me for a deposit. I'm like why staff had no answer. I got upset told them to refund my monies back to my card on my card they told me just to give them 20.00 in cash as a deposit.
