I was a little surprised that because I booked through Expedia I didn’t get the amenities I would get with my Hilton account. Free WiFi being one of them. Parking per day was a bit high at $55 a day but there is no parking in downtown San Antonio.

Loved the stay, valet is very expensive and so are the added fees that are off course refunded(eventually based on your bank). I believe you have a deposit then an additional daily fee for each day you stay.

Can't beat the location on the River Walk, however, there is on going construction in the area. It took 45 min to drive .1 miles to check in due to massive back up with the vallet parking and closed streets.

Very pleased with the location of the hotel. Close to everything , no need to rent a car. I wish the hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby, otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff were super polite and pleasant.

The property was centrally located for what we needed. Staff was very friendly. The only down side for us was some ascetic issues. It looked like in several areas, they had replaced some placards on elevator door jams. However they failed to paint them, so it looked rather tacky. It was not the Hilton standard that I have seen.
