The property was excellent. We checked in as usual, and gave our Hilton Honors number. They said they could add out points because we booked through Expedia instead of Hilton. We totally understand that, but we should still get the same treatment and perks as any other GOLD member. They acted like we were beneath them since we booked with Expedia. Somewhat rude about ANY extra perks, even though we chose Hilton for that very reason.

Everything was wonderful … just was a little disappointed in the unavailability of the restaurant … I was there for my son’s Airforce graduation and we just wanted to spend some time with him in the hotel but we couldn’t order any food and it was in the middle of the afternoon approximately around 2pm.

It’s very nice hotel in fact one of my favorites, but the room that we stayed in smelled like sewer in the morning. I was also disappointed because I used to love the breakfast buffet. I was not a fan of the breakfast area, too small and longer wait. Also the servers seem always in a rush and the ladies not very friendly. Not to mention the food was overpriced and not very tasty. But I have to say that receptionist was wonderful, very helpful friendly and welcoming.

We liked the courtyard. It was very relaxing. It was very close to SeaWorld. The only complaints I have is we ran out of shampoo/conditioner/Kleenex. They don't stock these items very well. The hotel needs a bigger shuttle for SeaWorld guests. It only holds a few people and a large family would fill it up. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Emily @ front desk was great! The hotel is a beautiful place just did not like being in the lower level floor.... felt like the bottom of the titanic 😂

A lot not to like didn’t get the room I wanted booked 3 months ago wi-fi didn’t work room was not supplied with coffee,the 4 days we were there did not clean the bathroom plus we paid $20 a day for parking and they weren’t responsible for any thing worse Hilton I’ve seen

The property was under construction and making repairs and upgrades and changing money to park your vehicle. If I knew that I would have stayed elsewhere. That should have been disclosed at booking. On the second day my room didn’t get cleaned

Room was ok, staff was very nice, still don’t understand the Pay For Parking thing, and still have not seen how much of my $100.00 for parking and deposit will be refunded like I was told at check in.

The hotel was pretty nice- the highlights are the courtyard fire pits and games. Heated pools would make a big difference- basically too cold to swim in the winter months. Also, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived well past 5 pm so that was a surprise. The hotel is under construction and there are still many rough finishes. I also don’t understand why we had to pay for parking. We purposely chose a hotel far from the downtown to avoid a parking fee.

Forte stay at Hilton Hill Country
The staff was very friendly and helpful. One major complaint was the wait time on elevators. It seemed like there was only one elevator working during our entire stay and it took about 5 minutes to get to our floor on each occasion. This is unacceptable because there are three elevators available on each floor. Management needs to take a hard look at this problem. The restaurant and bar were small for a hotel this size and so close to Sea World.
