First day elevator not working. “Hot” water in shower was barely room temp. When reported they said they would check and tried to tell me it was kind of warm. I do not like cold showers. Room smelt very moldy.

Stay Away
Several homeless people walking around the area of the hotel. To me the area, in general, felt a little sketchy. Upon entering the lobby the floor was disgustingly filthy. The temperature of the hotel was sooo hot. On the 4th floor the thermostat read 87 degrees at one point...it was horrible. Room smelt musty, air con did not cool room down, pretty sure there were bed bugs....woke up with itching all over body. Water pressure was pretty bad. We ended up checking out a day early and booked another hotel because we were so uncomfortable here.

The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast and coffee were really good, AC in my room was an old unit and and very difficult to set to a comfortable temperature.

When we checked in @ 3:30 we were told our room wasn't ready (had reservations) and it would be about 45 minutes or we could take another room, ok. The room was dirty. Had to call housekeeping to clean up hair on the floors. No clock or phone in the room, and not alot of lights. Shower head was broke and no stopper for the tub to take a bath. Was not comfortable at all. Sorry about this review because I do like your hotels, but this was bad. And the window shades were broke, couldn't open them.

VERY helpful, friendly front desk clerks and housekeepers(although ALL our HKs spoke extremely broken or no English) We were able to check in a little earlier. Housekeeper service every 5 days, we stayed 3 nights and were able to REQUEST and RECEIVED any cleaning/items needed. Wish free breakfast lasted during the entire morning at least until 11am. Carpet stained, bedspreads had small stains. Dont leave beverage cups on nite stand - overflow of ants. All in All, I will stay again.

The room was really nice except the air conditioning unit had a really bad mildew smell. I tried to get another room but nothing was available and the hotel receptionist mentioned they would send a mechanic but never did. Now I’ve been sick since leaving the hotel and I have a feeling it’s from the hotel room. The service and staff was great but they need to do something about cleaning the air conditioning units because now I have an infection that started during my stay.

Never got to stay since they cancelled our reservation without notifying us. They said there was an issue with the credit card and instead of retrying, they just cancelled our reservation.

The first floor near the exit doors it’s impossible to stay in. The exit door it’s very loud when people go in and out. Disturbing Higher floor was better…. Coffee maker was not working, they gave me a serving one that didn’t work either 😢 thanks for the employee of the morning shift that was able to switch rooms for us.❤️

Property needs to be upgraded for what it cost. Not their fault, but they had water issues because of the city. Could not access hotel with key from back door.

I really liked that my room had a separate living area. We stayed on the third floor and it smelled like wet carpet, well not sour but musty or something. We used a diffuser to help with smell. The hotel was clean, had a nice breakfast. Staff was friendly. It was quiet.

The location was good. Unfortunately the property itself is very dirty. Our room was still dirty and there was a particular smell coming out of the AC. It was like a mold or a mildew smell. The carpets were badly stained and our toilet didn't work properly.

We stayed there a couple of days, a week before this stay. We told the staff that the tv didn't work. Upon our return a week later, we were put in the same room and the tv was still not working. This should not be an issue.

Check in was fine. Had chosen a king sized bed but it ended up being a double. A pillow was on the floor but front desk gave us a clean pillow case. Hand soap was not packaged and the wrapping paper was left on sink beside it. A face towel was on the bathroom sink as well. Room lounge chair was in the middle of the floor. Other than that, everything else turned out ok.
