The check in service was exceptional. This hotel is a great place to stay when traveling out of the San Antonio Airport.

Pleasantly surprised with the evening happy hour...complimentary beer, wine and snacks. Very nice after a long day on the road. Convenient to airport and they have a shuttle. And free parking if you're driving.

Located by a busy interstate and high traffic. The road has trucks parked beside the entryway to the hotel making it hard to see to get in and out.

The moment I walked into the room, it was extremely stinky with a bad horrible sour smell, carpet looked super dirty, room felt disgusting filthy with a very nasty strong smell to it. Not the great typical clean holiday inn at all. This hotel needs a deep detox and bathtubs need to be upgraded to showers etc bathtub was yellow and filthy

good breakfast, secured parking but has smelly ref
Check in was fast and easy. They do have a secured parking since it is a bit sketchy to park next to a bus stop with homeless people. Breakfast was also good with lots of options. My only complain is there is a bad odor from the mini fridge in the room and the smell sticks to the water botttle after it has been there for awhile. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Welcoming & engaging staff, endless coffee!
The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. This was my first sales trip with my boss and I was very nervous-but they kept me comfortable and welcome! The coffee was great, the breakfast was awesome, shuttle was super convenient, the only complaint I have is what another guest mentioned-the noise does seem to travel in the hotel (flushing toilets, doors slamming, guests sometimes in the hallway)-but none of it was bothersome enough to keep me up at night, and I am an incredibly light sleeper.

Had reserved at a La Quinta down the road and was disappointed at the rooms. The first one had a water leak in the room and the other looked as if someone was trying to break in to the room. Therefore I decided to go with the Holiday Inn and it was 100X better service and cleanliness was on point. Would definitely recommend this hotel ton anyone and my future visits.
