The Hotel was quiet and had a decent time, however I did find some roaches in the room 1 still alive. Even though it was not their fault the construction at the entrance was a mess and made getting there a bit challenging. Also in the description they said there was a shuttle to some of the area attractions but there was not. The hotel is in a decent location that did make it within walking distance to the River Walk and the Alamo but would not be easy for someone with disabilities.

The shower in our room did no turn on to hot water I let front desk know this 3 times but they never fix it so we have to borrow our friend room bathroom in order to take a shower.
