Hallways too hot

Only one elevator and it was hard locating the office. When i dialed the operator i always got there voicemail

Good location

Pros: Beds & pillows were comfortable!
Cons: New shower head, this one hurt!
Location: Love the market square gifts and Mi Tierra restaurant
Rate too high this time, for the condition of the hotel. Entrance blocked, registration room too small and people having to wait too long, only one person working. Room service & bar not available - short of help. When we got there, the tv, fridge, microwave, clock not working. They went to buy new clock. Entrance door & bathroom doors kept getting stuck. Requested an accessible bathroom, didn't get it. Too many inconveniences this time!

Very disappointed

Upset with Expedia recommending this hotel! Felt I was taken advantage of money I could have spent at a place I could have found myself!

The front desk area was under construction. The restroom in my hotel room had a little mildow.

Nice hotel

Hotel is under renovation, it's s good hotel for the price. The room was okay but the carpet had numerous stains and it didn't look clean at all, the bed was comfortable except for the lumpy pillows....they needed to be replaced. The bathroom tub was dirty and old and needed to be replaced or resurfaced. Overall it's a nice stay for one night.

Needs Improvement

Pros: Close to Market Center. Staff was polite/friendly.
Cons: Room Cleanliness. Dust in corners/around floor boards. Food crumbs/dirt behind dresser; request to front desk to clean when I arrived. Never happened
Location: Walk to Market Center. A mile to Riverwalk and Alamo. $3.00 all day bus two blocks away that staff couldn't give any info about when asked.
Black tape repairs in elevator and hallways. Musty mildew smells in room and hall. Chips in surface of bathtub. Staff kept directing me to Uber and Lyft, when I clearly expressed no interest and I found out about the $3.00 bus two blocks away on my own. Not well lighted at night in the area for a lady traveling alone.

Nice Hotel

Pros: The Hotel was about 15/20 minute walk from the Riverwalk area. Although there was a shuttle at certain times of the day.
Cons: Quite a few things could be improved but these maybe on the refurbishment list.
Location: Hotel is 15/20 minute walk from Riverwalk and shops.
Unfortunately the Hotel was undergoing a refurbishment when we were there but the room was all that you would expect. All carpets need replacing corridors and rooms. Beds were comfy and shower hot. Pool area was kept clean.

Easy access to downtown

The hotel was nice enough. We had to check in, in a very small room because the entire front lobby was closed off. Smelled of oil when you walked in. At one time, the alarms went off, didn't know if we should evacuate or not. Our view was great and it is close to the market. Great price and great location.
