Great Staff, and nice facilities

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very clean and nice.
Cons: The Pool and SPA were not hot as suppose to be. The GYM Equipment needs repair. The Restaurant food quality needs to be improved
The Pool and SPA were not hot as suppose to be, I bring it to the attention of Management a month ago, when I stayed in March, and they keep saying they are waiting for spare parts to fix the SPA!! The GYM Equipment's are old, and the weight wire is gammed and need maintenance. The restaurant food taste, not that great, I tried pasta with chicken, and ask not to be oily, However the plate was full of oil!

Bad bad experience

I was specifically looking for queen beds in expedia and then I saw this hotel. So I booked for 1 room with 2 queen beds. But when I got there and saw my SMALL ROOM, it had 2 DOUBLE beds. Complained to the receptionist but he insisted it was a queen bed. Then after i argued and said i know what a queen bed looks like, he later on admitted it was indeed a double bed. Receptionist then said there's nothing he could, coz that's all they have. Why was it advertised that you had queen beds when in fact they're small DOUBLE BEDS!!

Everything was okay until the last night we came home from shopping and our room was not even picked up or cleaned call the front desk lady was very rude this was Sunday night about 8:30 p.m. we had dirty towels on the floor room service from the morning breakfast I said what do we do with these towels just she said leave them on the floor I told them to bring at least some clean towels nothing was done about it other than the clean towels brought up, Sunday breakfast was over an hour to come up to our room and it was cold when we got it, I feel like we shouldn't have been charged for Sunday for our room and our breakfast that day totally believe we should be refunded for that!

Clean and smartly put together.

The only negative I had was when booking three weeks out and calling hotel day of traveling I could not get a confirmation on connecting rooms. We were traveling with son who is disabled and needed two connecting rooms. We were told the only way we could get connected rooms is if they were available when we got there. Thankfully their was one as we had pre paid non refundable rate. I could not understand why if we had already paid for the room and would not get refund if we cancelled we could not be assured of connecting room. Added stress.

Love the friendliness of the staff n the amenities insure like the gym n sauna n pool! Hot tub could of been cleaner tho.

Hotel is Located nice

Pros: quietness
Cons: Hallway Carpet was smelling bad on Thursday but Friday it smells good need to have that good smell at all times
Location: it is the best Location for us. we enjoyed looking the trees from the back of our Windows.
Hotel Staffs are all good they are friendly . they took care of our extended one more day stay room was re inspected to make sure everything is good. we enjoyed the Breakfast and one day free Breakfast thru Expedia wait staff was really good .we definitely would like to come back in the Future and will recommend the Hotel to our Families and Friends.

Good price option.

Pros: Convenient to where I was working.
Cons: More attention to keeping hallways, etc., in repair; needs entrance repair - even Uber was confused about how to get to the hotel door!
Location: Nothing much I can see save 1 restaurant about a mile away on Redland that has a lot of open-air, family Mexican style appeal.
This hotel has a nice staff, and is comfortable. Repairs need to be made here and there (peeling wallpaper, paint in some places, entrance sign unlit, confusing, and could be dangerous), etc. But overall, it's a pleasant enough place to stay. Careful to bring with you and keep tabs on the online vouchers, if that's the way you booked your room.

Disappointed in Holiday Inn

The girl at the front desk was rude when we arrived to check in. The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned. There was a half dollar size roach in our second room. The hot tub had mold growing in it. The only good thing I can say is our waiter for breakfast was excellent in customer service. I expected more from Holiday Inn. What a disappointment.

Not again!!

Bathroom had a small sink area. No place to put anything. There was a lot of noise at even 2am. Had to call down to front desk twice and the noise still kept on going. Exercise room is dated. There was also a smell in the Lobby area by the bar/ restaurant.
