Nice hotel butttt...

It was nice to stay in room wise but the hotel is a bit difficult yo access. The food in the restaurant inside was poor especially for its steep price...hamburger meat should not be grey.... The furniture stand that the tv was on looked broken because they took the doors off for the fridge leaving the hinges exposed. Then lastly the pool and hot tub are not cleaned very well... the floor inside was filty so it tracked dirt in the water, the walls of the hot tub had green gunk on it near the steps and near the edge of the pool. Overall the hotel is okay to stay in just don't get your hopes up for the food and cleaniness of the pool area.

Staff needs improvement

Pros: Updated hotel & clean rooms.
Cons: Policy change on "free" / breakfast included. And staff should be taught proper customer service skills by their hotel MANAGER.
Nice, updated, & clean hotel itself. But the staff needs a little improvement. Upon arrival/Check-In there was nobody at the front desk... I went into restaurant to ask if someone could check me in. I opted for the Breakfast Included itinerary fee, but it wasn't until the next morning at the hotel that I was told there was only 1 breakfast meal option (meat & eggs) for the "free" breakfast.... I am a Vegan, so eating factory farm meat, eggs, & dairy for breakfast is NOT an option for me. I had to ask to speak to the manager to ask if I could simply get waffles with berries instead. They accommodated me, BUT I do not like dealing with this type of crap in the mornings when I'm in a hurry. Also, when I checked in I asked if they did room service. Answer was yes, BUT there was NO menu inside the room. So I had to go back down stairs to order my dinner = HASSLE! FYI to hotel cook= flatbread "pizza" is NOT suppose to be soggy.

Checkin took a long time to get someone yo come to the front desk. Room somewhat outdated but it was clean. Shower had low water pressure. Overall average hotel.

Cons: EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
NO STAFF COULD GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO THIS NEW HOTEL, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ARTICULATE DIRECTIONS. ONE HOUR IN DRIVING AROUND. NO GPS IN 2007 ECLIPSE. WHEN BOOKING THE HOTEL THEY DID NOT DIVULGE THE RESTAURANT DID NOT OPEN TILL 5:00PM INSULIN PROBLEMS LED TO ME LEAVE THE HOTEL FOR A QUICK MEAL.

Nice hotel - a little off the road so hard to get to, but nice and quiet. Several nice sports bars in the shopping center next to the hotel within walking distance for dinner and drinks.
