Visiting Family in SA

Pros: It is well located, just a couple of miles to Jim's Diner, Whataburger, Red Robin and HEB.
Cons: The front desk and housekeeping could coordinate better regarding who's staying and who's checking out.
Location: Toward Loop 410, you've got Panera, IHOP, Cracker Barrel. Toward Loop 1604, you've got Rudy's and Bill Miller's BBQ, Whataburger, Red Robin, etc.
I've stayed at the Holiday Inn SeaWorld three times so far and it's consistently clean.

We stayed for air force graduation and we enjoyed the stay good location close to area attractions

Nice Hotel

Pros: The room was very nice, bed very comfortable.
Cons: The entrance needs a sign for the street, I kept passing it to enter.
Location: Lots to do nearby, movies, eating, shopping.
This hotel was very professional, they even have a grille which is open for eating till 10pm. Gym, pool, room, plenty of parking, safe, very clean. Very very nice!

Close to access road to get to everything.

Pros: The cleanliness and the staff are very prompt and courteous. There's an indoor pool, pool tables and restuarant on site.
Location: Definitely go visit the Riverwalk and the shops. It's so beautiful!
The hotel looks brand new and it very clean and in a great area. We stayed for the BMT graduation and the air force base isn't that close but it's worth it to stay there because its away from the hustle and bustle of town and your graduate probably wants to get as far away as they can from base when on town pass. I would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel for kids.

Pros: Very nice environment. 24 hour fitness room.
Cons: Thicker walls
Location: Close to everything.
Loved the pools. Staff was great. Restaurant prices are reasonable.

Dissatisfied.

Pros: Location next to the 151 State Hwy and Sea World.
Cons: No comment
My reservation was for a non-smoking room with two queen size beds. Upon check-in (Rm 430) was provided, which turned out to be a room for handicap with one king size bed. When I looked at the "assisted seating" in the bathroom tub, I noticed what appeared to be mold on the seating arrangement. I figured it would be clean once they realized we would be there for six nights but on the third day I made contact with the front desk staff and they eventually used cleaning substance to remove the mold. We stayed at this facility two years ago and was well pleased with everything and decided to make reservations again this year, but was very disappointed.

Overall it was a very nice visit. We were not happy that our coffee maker was broken. We would have also liked the bar downstairs to stay open later then it did we tried to go down there at 10 p.m. and they were closed and we really didn't want to leave the hotel
