Hotel Stay

Pros: I really enjoyed the comfortable bed, and I had access to a mini fridge, and dishes.
Cons: I would say the location of the hotel.
Location: It was close to the RiverWalk.
Comfortable bed, and a clean room. Walking distance to restaurants.

Great hotel!!!

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. It was close to the Riverwalk and restaurants. Also, i felt safe knowing that after hours, you could only come inside the hotel with your room key card. I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Dark, smelly and had a strange floor plan

Pros: The colors in the lobby and its location, that's it.
Cons: Where do I start?! Read above.
Location: It's right down town so u can walk to get food. The other place was only two miles away and much much better.
I asked for a non smoking room and yet it reaked of smoke, the hotel said we were in a non smoking area of the building!! Their solution was to come in while we were unpacking and spray aerosol perfume in the air so once again, we couldn't breathe, Ridiculous. Our room was also super dark because our window didn't point to the outside, it faced someone else's room with only a few feet between our windows, it was the strangest set up I have ever seen (it had a small sky light way up above so we got a sliver of light. The carpet looked awful. We checked out the next day and went to Residence Inn by Marriot and got three times the space, plus a hot breakfast every morning for almost the same price! it came with two separate rooms, with a separate kitchen and dining room in the middle, plus free parking! Home 2 Suites charged $29/day to park plus whatever you tipped your car guy. it got expensive. We only had a studio at the Home 2 Suites, so as you can see, it's not worth the price.

Good time

I took my girlfriend there for a weekend get away for her birthday. It was very nice. We had a big room, bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again the next time I come back

Best Trip Ever, San Antonio Texas

The Homes 2 Suites had valet parking, excellent staff both friendly and helpful, clean and organized rooms, and a wonderful breakfast with some delicious waffles. I am planning another trip in the Fall 2016 & you can bet I will be going back here and it's not just because the relaxing shower.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay. The Valet was nice, hotel staff was nice and it was quiet. Great location and close to river walk and the Alamo.

Do not trust the photos, not your typical suite

Pros: Staff Service is ok.
Cons: Many things need to be improved, especially the breakfast experience. And photos need to be retaken, not reflect the actual product
Location: Wall green is within walking distance. You can buy bottle water there, because hotel is not giving free bottle water.
The whole experience of the stay, we felt like been cheated. The hotel website post beautiful photos however photos do not look like the actual product at all. We should call it falsely advertised. The room rate is higher than Hyatt Regency on the River walk - over $200+ per night. The room is tiny compare to a standard size suite, no room for an extra bed. The Pool is not much bigger than a king size bed. Gym room is tiny - smaller than average hotel gym room - compare to holiday inn standard. Hotel staffs are friendly but can not offer anything but sorry. Not even a free bottle water unless you are platinum member. Website advertised free extra bed but in reality no extra bed is available. Staff only trained to say sorry offer absolutely no help. Advertised hotel is right on the River walk, reality is two blocks away from River walk. If you are a vegetarian, you probably will like the breakfast, because it has no sausage, bacon or eggs, except they have the little tiny pre-made bread bun with tiny bacon and cheese sprinkle on it. And 3 days in a row, absolutely no change in the breakfast. On the microwave oven it has a sticker - beware of boil egg may cause explosion, but you do not need to worry at all because no boil egg is supplied from hotel.

Excelentes instalaciones van de acuerdo al costo desayuno muy bueno mis hijos les encanto internet wifi ok estacionamiento caro como cliente esperaría gratuito o al menos incluirlo en factura no cobrarlo por separado

Great area to stay

Aaron in the front desk was fantastic, very friendly and respectful. The location is great for walking to the river walk and around the area. The hotel elevators are old but everything else is nice. The breakfast is not very good. Microwave eggs and cereal..
