Hotel where we stayed for a week.

Pros: I liked our housekeeper, Norma. Downstairs dining area very nice. Could get coffee anytime.
Cons: Some of the people at the front desk are not friendly. Pool too little. Food not good. No room to walk behind computers in business center.
Location: Walmart close. We went to Sea World, unfortunately too hot & humid for us, had to call 911 for husband.
Our housekeeper, Norma, great. Business center: 2 computers for guests to use with a printer, nice to have, but no room behind the computers, desk needs to be moved out. Although our room was booked months in advance, when we got there, no handicap accessible room, Tommy boy at front desk said tomorrow, we were not happy, took an hour to check in, did not want tub, afraid of falling, & only 1 grab bar in tub, plus toilet way too low, hard time getting up. Sofa bed very uncomfortable to watch tv in living room area. Pool: nice, but way too small for hotel size. Elevator: scary cuz it bounced, my husband told them about it. Took 2 days to get new lightbulb by bathroom sink. Parking: nice that it was on several sides, but spots too tiny cuz can hardly get out of car. Food: breakfast downstairs every morning, & "dinner" Mon-Thurs, food was not healthy or tasty, but nice to have something, & very nice dining area. Nice fitness room.

Very Family Friendly Hotel with Free Parking

Pros: HEB store very nearby.. it was very helpful. Too crowded at the breakfast though. :(
Cons: Perhaps needs more ideas to ensure quick breakfast and avoid waiting lines. Also, the kitchen in the room lacks oven so we couldn't bake pizza.. :-(
Location: Ofcourse, SEA World & Aquatica.
It was a nice hotel. Excellent Breakfast. Laundry Facility.

Not a HILTON standard by any means

Room looks clean and spacious but kitchen appliances are not in proper working condition. No proper housekeeping. Really disappointed with the hotel management and staff. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. Stay away from this!

Pleasant hotel close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and social hour were really nice. The kids loved the pool. We didn't pay the daily fee for the Wi-Fi so it wasn't reliable and the laundry room wasn't conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel no good service

Hated our family experience. Hotel is beautiful and was able to accommodate 7 of us in 1 room, but failed to make the beds, provide enough towels, never changed the sheets, and would refold dirty towels. Cleaning service took the tips without actually cleaning. Really??? Breakfast was awful so we ate out. Coffee however, was delicious. We spent over $600 for a 4 day weekend, the least they could've done is kept the place clean. Hell no!!!!

At check in time its always a mess, they never have what i book through your web site and it didnt show pay it and they were asking me for my credit card, until i got upset and after like 45 min, the figure out the whole deal.

I highly recommend this hotel

The stay was awesome, my family and I felt at home. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of food. The people at desk were very help, and extremely nice. The room was in great shape and ready upon arrival. The hotel looked like it was freshly painted and the hotel was very clean and smelled nice at all times.
