Clean room, valet parking for 50 bucks a night. It’s right on the river so walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do

We really enjoyed our stay. The location to the River Walk was excellent. Breakfast was very good and on the busy weekend the attendants kept the food trays pretty full. We didn't have any cleaning service for our room for the four nights we stayed, but possibly we needed to put the "cleaning service requested" door hanger on the door to get that. The sign in the room said it would automatically be done every other day. We were able to get extra tissues and toilet paper at the front desk without any problem. The hotel was quiet and felt very safe. Our room looked like it had been renovated recently and was very nice. All the staff members were friendly and helpful.

This facility gets a poor rating because our room, 808, smelled like a cadaver had been festering there for a few weeks and just recently removed. Couldn't move because the hotels were all booked for the eclipse.

10th floor, room experienced high pitch noise from AC fans was not able to sleep, door when locked has large gaps through between frame and door itself. Nonexistent breakfast and dirty breakfast areas.

Great location! Large rooms. Beds comfy. Suites with kitchen very good for families. Nice location on Riverwalk. Rates for required valet parking comparable to 24 hour parking in street lots.

The property sits near the San Antonio River walk. Great to get the day started! Unfortunately, perhaps due to circumstances getting service requests done takes two calls. Maybe they were understaffed or overwhelmed to get to anything. Let your guest know, some will understand. we don’t like the feeling of being in the dark waiting for towels and missing toiletries to shower.

Air conditioner didn't work upon arrival. Did t realize untiliddle of night it was mott cooling down. Notified next morning. They had maintenance come in. Said they fixed but when returned it still was not fixed. Maintenance came again and finally reset something and it was finally cooling down and staying at th desired temperature

Checking in and out was very easy. The valet were efficient and friendly. The rooms were spacious but the bath tub seemed a little dirty. My family enjoyed the afternoon social on Wednesday and the complimentary breakfast. Overall I would stay here again.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, our suite is spacious and it’s walking distance to the river walk and Alamo. We couldn’t be happier with our hotel for our first trip to San Antonio.
