Easily the worst experience I’ve had. Problems? I read them all, I got them all.
1. There are roaches in the bathroom, daily.
2. Asked for housekeeping (bc you have to ask every day) and they didn’t do it, claiming they didn’t receive the request.
3. Asked for maintenance twice, due to a problem with the sink drain, and no solution was given at all.
4. Breakfast area was dirty and a huge mess around 8:30am, no one kept it tidy, and there were no chairs available (people were eating standing!)
5. Staff is friendly, but clearly they don’t do their job. They received all my requests, but no action came from there.
6. The manager, Nancy, keeps replying everyone’s reviews online, but problems keep repeating, which means that the hotel management doesn’t care at all.
7. They keep texting you, asking for feedback, and telling you they remain at your disposal for every need to improve your stay, but after my requests, they also stopped replying.
I was skeptic about all the negative reviews, but honestly, be prepared to find all these issues if you decide to stay here. I wouldn’t stay here again.
