We had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. Just wished we would have had better parking space.

Stay elsewhere!

I was under the impression I was renting a 2 queen bed room, but it was 2 double beds. Dank and musty smell as soon as we walked in. Mold and hair in bathroom,floor wasn't swept. Housekeeping never came until we went to the office. Thankfully, the manager refunded one of our nights, which is the only reason it wasn't a total nightmare.

Hotel was right off the highway.

Pros: spacious and comfortable for a family of no more than 7.
Room was comfortable, but outdated. Carpet and sofa bed should be replace.

Worse experience.

Second day of our stay we arrive at the hotel in the evening. We saw the cleaning lady's cleaning rooms in the evening. When we got to our room the restroom was smelling like someone had just done #2 not to mention the stain they left in the toilet and didn't bother to clean it. On the third day, the cold shower knob would not close and we had to sleep with the cold shower on all night. The hotel did not have an on call maintenance and we had to wait for one to come in the morning. We were offered another room close to midnight a couple had just checked out from the hotel lady stated they checked out because the room did not smell good so we stayed in the same room. Worse experience ever the morning breakfast room would be crowded and no place to walk or seat. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay a little more elsewhere save you the headache and bad nights.

Hotel in need of serious updating

Our room had to be re cleaned which the customer service was accommodating to; however, it still didn't hide the desperate need to update the room (i.e. Refrigerator, beds, door locking mechanism, and overall appearance). This hotel struggled to keep with the La Quinta quality we were expecting. Also, it's an outdoor corridor hotel with very limited space for dogs outside. Customer service was very friendly but I wish we didn't have to use it for reasons against enjoying our stay.

Old Hotel, rooms need renovation!

Pros: The staff. The front desk lady Novella was so sweet and kind. I also met Gabe when checking out and he was very personable and nice.
Cons: The bathrooms need to be renovated.
Location: Location was on an access road of I35. There were shopping, restaurants within 5 miles each way.
Arrived. Lobby was beautiful, clean. Got to room. It did look exactly like the photos given on Expedia. However, the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet looked like it was going to overflow everytime you flushed it. The floor area by the shower was dirty, bugs, hair. The bathtub had cigarette burns on the edges, I would not even step foot in it. The beds were clean, and comfortable. I felt dirty staying there. We ended up staying the first night and cancelled our second night and went somewhere else. The staff was amazing. It's not their fault the shape of the rooms are in.

It was ok.

Cons: Breakfast. It was very crammed in the lobby.
From the picture's I expected it to be a little nicer, but it was moderately ok.

Would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel this past weekend. I had a similar encounter with a La Quinta at SPI, but I figured to give a La Quinta a second chance and I was very disapointed. The hotel had an aweful odor, like old and wet carpet. The rooms were not clean, the rooms are "yellow" obviously they hAve not been renovated in a while. Had no fridge or microwave in room, the desk was falling apart. No restroom toiletries. Called front desk a few times and was put on hold for over ten minutes. Asked for something and said if I needed anythinf I had to go get it because they had no staff.
