We were given two rooms in which people were already staying in we walked in on a man ironing his clothes i felt so bad the girl was apologetic and was nice about it but just think the hotel staff should have been better trained

I am so sorry that you were checked in to occupied rooms. We had our system go down and we should have done a better job keeping organized. I do appreciate you telling us about your stay and again apologize for what happened. I will be sure to share this with the staff working that day this happened so they will know what to do if this ever happens again.
