Just good

Pros: Staff are nice.
Cons: Update and clean the facilities, the linens are old...
Location: Good location.
Just good, a hotel that requires updating and improvement, people are very kind.

OK hotel, More than OK waffles

Pros: Texas shaped waffles
Cons: Different air conditioning units
Location: There's a mall super close, short distance from airport and Lackland AFB.
We stayed at the hotel 3 nights, and overall it was a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and average. The room was small. BUT THEY HAD TEXAS SHAPED WAFFLES AT BREAKFAST. That's what really won me over.

BUGS!!!

There was a roach on the ceiling and ants building a nest inside of the door. As I opened the door the ants came out moving their eggs. Nasty! I called the front desk about the ants. No one came with spray. So I just left the roach. Why bother the staff who didn't seem to care in the first place.

No fridge no microwave not very many TV channels shower was hard to control water pressure

Pros: Nothing
Cons: More beautiful, better drainage, better breakfast system
Location: At least close to Sea World
I was NOT expecting a Hotel from La Quinta like that. It would be better to stay at a Motel 6 or lower.

Location: Everything was close by. No problems looking for a place to eat or if i needed any supplies,
I had no problems at all. The rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Needs to be updated

This is an older hotel and you can tell as soon as you pull in. Only one of our electrical plugs works and we had to replace the batteries in the TV remote and it still didn't work properly. It was also dusty and could have beven cleaned better. Not worth the $170 we spent for 2 nights.
