Convenient to shopping

Excellent location for shopping and highway access. Parking was a bit overcrowded though. Room was small but very clean.

I had hair on my towels bugs on my sheets

I had hair on my towels bugs on my sheets when I called front desk numerous times they hung up on me I went to the front desk the following morning and all they said was sorry you should have had a clean room

They may not be hanging up on you, as much as we are having issues with our phone line, cutting in and out. I am not sure if this was the case. But nothing else your room should have been cleaned right the first time. Sorry again Robby. W

Hotel con falta de mantenimiento

Pros: Solo la ubicación.
Cons: Limpieza en los cuartos, desayuno con más variedad, personal con actitud de servicio.
Location: Hay centros comerciales muy cerca, lugares para comer.
El personal de recepción del Hotel Quinta Inn en San Antonio, carece de actitud de servicio, están malhumorados y no tienen disposición para ayudar. En la habitación encontramos un cucaracho vivo, no cambian las sabanas a menos que se solicite. No hay limpieza, las camareras hacen su trabajo de mala gana. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy limitado, con poco espacio de mesas y sillas, es muy incomodo, el tostador no funcionaba, largas filas para hacer wafles, cero fruta, solo pan, café y jugo de naranja. La alberca tenía poco mantenimiento y no estaba supervisada.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para escribir sus comentarios. Perdón por la calidad del servicio que fue proporcionado por la recepción y amas de casa. Lo dirección del servicio de limpieza que ha recibido y averiguar lo que está sucediendo. Cambiar nuestra área de desayuno, así que espero que esto le da a los huéspedes más espacio. Conseguimos dos tostadoras nuevas, y ofrecemos dos frutos en casi todos los días. Hacemos mantenimiento de la piscina todos los días, que significa recibir limpieza todos los días. Lo siento si la piscina estaba sucia, aunque no supervise la piscina. Perdón otra vez por todos que los problemas, pero ver lo que sucedió con su llegada desde el escritorio. Small eating area, room not thoroughly cleaned at all. Truck had not run, so was out of food items. Child had urinated on covers and it was told to staff, sheet was given but comforter put back on bed! Staff was very nice though.

Disappointed

The hotel is old, run down and in need of an update. Not at all what I expected from a La Quninta, which I have always found to be very nice and clean. The room had mold on the ceiling and the shower tiles were moldy as well. Tub was dirty as well as sink, but beds were comfy and sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast was good and service was good. Hotel is convenient to down town and Sea World and accepts dogs, which is a plus. There is ample restaurants nearby as well as a theater right behind the hotel.
