Nice hotel close to airport

Awesome hotel with free shuttle to and from airport as well as anywhere within 2 miles. What a bonus when you have no car.

Pros: EVERY THING
Cons: THE BEDS I ASKED FOR QUEEN SIZE AND THE ROOM HAD FULL SIZE BEDS
Location: THE MALL THE RESTURANTS AND CLOSE TO THE DOWN TOWN
IT WAS VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY EVERY THING WAS SO CLOSE TO THE HOTEL AND VERY CLEAN AND COMFORT AND QUITE

Average Hotel with basic amenities. Clean hotel.

Pros: Very good maid service and cleanliness of the room.
Cons: There is a need for a complimentary daily news paper to be made available for guess. I had to go outside of the hotel to find a news paper.
Location: A Walmart next door is very good for the location.
A larger menu for breakfast should be considered. The same basic items were boring and not enough choices.

Not what we booked but it worked out

Pros: Clean, quiet, nice staff member
Cons: The accuracy of the online listing for maximum occupancy
Location: Airport was very close by, shuttle was the reason we made a reservation here
We booked a room for five guests, and having found this to be a challenge before we made sure that the reservation confirmed FIVE guests. When we arrived in the middle of the night tired from a long day with three kids to find the room only slept four and could not accommodate a roll away, we were disappointed to say the least. There was only one person on staff at that time of night, as was reasonable. Three parties were checking in at the same time. We waited some time for extra blankets and pillows so that we could make up an extra bed on the floor before going downstair to pick it up ourselves. Although the staff member was doing the best he could and was patient with us, it was not overall a good experience. Always best to reserve over the phone to confirm the room can accommodate your needs because somewhere there is a disconnect between LaQuinta and Expedia in the occupancy for the listings.

Loved this hotel

I lived this hotel because of the friendly and great customer satisfaction. We originally got on the 3rd floor, but after calling Alex was able to move us up to the 8th floor (9floors in total) and also room us in front of our family. Also when we got rhere our rooms were ready by 1pm which was amazing and Rosa was also very nice in accomodating us and making sure anything we needed to just ask. The jacuzzi was amazing and our bedroom was nice and clean. Great pillows btw! For breakfast it was very packed but overall we didnt have to wait more than 2 or 3 mim at a time if they ran out od something. They had a variety of different great breakfast options. My fav was the sausage and egg with the famous texas shaped pancake. Overall I would definately stay here again.

Very nice staff, competent & helpful. Not feeling well, staff reminded me of things I had not thought of during my stay.
