It was unfortunate to return and find a hotel in decay, there was a robbery with broken windows on 12 cars during the early hours of my arrival. We started by cleaning the rooms: they had just assigned us the rooms and they were not clean (we arrived at 9pm), I made the payment and reserved the rooms more than a month in advance asking to be assigned a room for people in wheelchairs (without a bathtub) and the other room adjacent to this one, since we had to monitor the greeting every 2 hours to a person who travels with us and they gave us separate rooms, with a bathtub and on another floor. The icing on the cake was finding bed bugs in the room: infested and we were already bitten. I will never stay at a Quinta Inn again in my life. CHECK THE MATTRESSES IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY HERE

Clerk really had trouble finding my reservation. I thought I made the reservation for possible stay of second day, but was told had to wait until morning to see if could stay in same room. My sister is very ill in Methodist Hospital and I really need the extra day.

Left because a flea was in my scrambled eggs…air cooler did not work well…elevator was dirty..walls looked very dated in coloring, etc….did not look like a modern hotel like some others in the area….lady at front desk did seem to be too concerned when I left because of the flea…

The hotel is ok. I think it’s old and needs repairs done and the tub needs to replaced. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.For the price it was good.

This hotel is nice and clean! Employees are always so nice. Breakfast included is great! Different breakfast options each day we stayed. This is our go to hotel in San Antonio

The staff was great. It was convenient for our needs, easy to find. It seems to be an older property, could use some attention, but very nice. Would definately stay there again.

Staff was very kind. Enjoyed free breakfast too. Some items were biscuits and gravy, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, cereal, baked goods area, and waffles. Every day is different.
Only thing that I didn't enjoy was that there wasn't much walkable places (15 minute radius) around the hotel, but that's not something the hotel is in control of.

I really enjoyed my stay this property. The customer service and staff were very nice. It was very clean and quiet. It was a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed it. The swimming pool was extremely cold and unpleasant. But other than that, it was OK. Nice and clean. It is within a walkable distance from stores and such. It’s just the walk across a really busy bridge and highway that makes it a little unpleasant. No sidewalks the majority of the way. I also requested from the front desk, a small tube of toothpaste as my daughter who went to visit a friend took ours with her. So I just wanted to see if they had one at the front desk until I went to the store. They said because they sell toothbrushes and toothpaste they don’t offer anything like that. They had none for sale at the time. So they don’t even offer anything like that for their guests behind the desk as maybe just complementary if their guest is in a situation. Other than that, it was a great place to be. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable beds, which is No. 1 for me in a hotel. The free breakfast was good and my friend liked the fact that there were daily changes. My friend also asked for a number of things to be printed -- her boarding pass, some email, etc., and she said the front desk was very helpful.

Breakfast was good I’ll give them that. You get what you paid for. The AC smelled like mold, there was almost no hot water, the hair dryer would begin to let smoke out when used for a while, I called for clean towels, but nobody came. It’s a cheap hotel so it’s alright for a weekend to just sleep in, but it shouldn’t be a first choice. I wouldn’t book here again. Not the best

the property was very pretty and the lobby was beautiful. The parking was awful and the plug was missing from the bathtub. We called down for another one and it wasn't brought up until 10:40pm with a loud knock at the door after we were asleep. We called at 8:15 pm to get one.

Asked for new linens and towels at around 9:30 AM and was told they would bring them. I asked again around 2:00, at 3:00 I was forced to get the towels myself so that we could shower. I expected the bedding to be complete after returning from the evening out and yet still none. The night clerk then gave us two sheets, said they were out of comforters. When confronted about the issues the morning clerk just said “oh yeah I remember.”
Worst possible service, will never be staying here again nor will anyone I know.

Was good for what was needed for. Clean and staff was friendly. Close to the hospital we had all our appointments at. Will be staying there again

It’s a beautiful hotel, in a lovely area but…the bathroom door has dirt on the backside, hair on the towels, and the ‘baseboards’ by the toilet could grow plants. I know, maybe not everyone’s priority but it is mine. If you miss these glaring things what else is not done.

I enjoyed my stay and breakfast. I didn't like that you had to request for daily trash removal. No one came to make the bed if stay 2days. Also I had to ask twice to remove the trash and for fresh towels.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this location. It is very nice for the price. I would give it a higher rating if the beds were better. They aren’t terrible, just a little too soft. They provide dove bar soap and Dove shampoo, but no conditioner or lotion. Breakfast is both hot and cold options such as eggs, sausage, waffles and cereals. The staff is always nice and helpful.
