One block from River walk.

What a great hotel with great location. The staff were very accommodating at front desk. The valet service was great. They were informative about places to visit, eat etc. Wish I knew the name of the one valet who was especially helpful. Only criticism was that the room was mostly clean but I had to keep asking for a bath mat, replacement of soap, etc. We had put the notice on the bed to have the sheets changed (we were there 6 nights and after three nights requested sheets to be changed) and I don't think they ever were. I noted too that the dresser needed dusting and that was never done. We were gone so much of the time that I didn't mention it until the second to last day at the desk and they made note and the last two days was better. Housekeeping needs to be monitored is what I would say.
