Bugs in the bed

The hotel was ok, the staff was good and the coustumers were polite. The problem was that we found Bugs in the bed, that tells you a lot of what's really happening behind walls. See pics I tried uploading a video but it wouldn't let me.

Smelly room, moldy breakfast

The room smelled so awful, I could not sleep. We arrived late and were too tired to hassel with switching rooms. In the morning we found food in the sink. The breakfast was horrible. The milk smelled spoiled, the eggs were gray, and we found mold on the toast. We reported our experience on check out and did not even receive an apology. We were in a rush to get out of the smelly room and left a pillow my daughter has had since birth. They located it and were kind enough to send it to us at our expense but shipped to the wrong zip code so we had to pay shipping twice. Will never stay at this chain again.

We own our own small business and travel to different job sites all over the United states so we stay many nights a week in hotels. my husband makes it a habit of parking in the front of the hotels as close to front doors as possible. The rooms in this hotel are not as nice as the pictures online but we were ok with that it sometimes happens. After the first nights stay my husband realizes our generator had been stolen out of the truck! he spoke with management and they agreed to look at cameras to see if it shows anyone stealing it however he did not have time to immediately fill out police report as he had to be at location for material delivery we chalked it up as bad luck BUT The 2nd night of our stay he parked in front of the front doors and approached truck the next morning the lock on the cab door had been busted and our very expensive Lazer level had been stolen out of the truck! Stolen from a 2nd night in a row? what's going on here?He requested the manager. the police were called a report filled out however the manager was very uncaring. we had 2 rooms for 2 more nights he asked for the next two night be cancelled and money returned for the canceled nights. My husband was treated very poorly and was told he should take everything in the truck up to the hotel room which would be impossible not 1 time has our truck been broken into until now. We aren't from San Antonio & do not know this area but it did not look too bad..He was not offered a single apology.

Fairly Decent

On a two night stay, I checked in rather late the first night. The free breakfast, was barely palatable. Stick with the make your own waffles and fruit. The second day the water was off for most the entire day, so after returning to the hotel from a home remodeling job I was not able to shower till that evening. So there went any and all evening plans. Walls seem very thin and can feel the vibration of ppl in the next room...barely slept.

Great for what we needed

Pros: Breakfast was better than I expected. Rooms clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: Halls smelled a bit. But it might has been do to some of the remodeling.
Needed somewhere to stay with breakfast. Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff.
