San Antonio trip.

Pros: Location
Cons: The remotes do not allow the "guide" to be used. Minor, but when I pay to stay someplace it would be nice if everything was operable.
Location: Restaurants are close such as The Egg & I, The Magnolia Pancake Haus, and other locations. Short drive to downtown.
I wish the website (Expedia) notified us of the renovation that was taking place. I suppose that's why the rate was set at $63 average.

Hotel under construction

The hotel was under construction inside and outside. The rooms don't have microwaves or refrigerators.

Being remodeled......

Pros: Bed and shower
Cons: See above experience review.
Location: Location is very hard to access as well as exiting.
The bed and shower and employees are always important to me. All were great. But, that's about all I liked about this Marriott. From a thermostat that was broken, no wash cloths in the bathroom (had to call housekeeping to bring them), to being woken up by power machines the next morning, makes me wonder if I would stay here again. Probably not until all the work has been finished.

Good for the price.

I arrived at 11pm. It took 15 minutes to find the desk clerk. Checked in, went to the room. Ten minutes later I tried to call the desk for 20 minutes. No answer. Where does this woman go? I was billed for a 19.99 movie but after 15 more minutes at the desk it was removed. Hotel is a construction site. Looking good but it didn't state it was having major work done at the time of my stay.

Pros: Comfy rooms
I wasn't aware that this place was under construction when booking so that was a definite MINUS. That should be stated plainly and even stated more than plainly to customers.

Terrible

I didnt enjoy my stay the hotel is under renovation and the construction inside and out the hotel makes it feel not comfortable. I wont stay t this hotel anymore, i was expecting a nice and relaxing vacation days, but wasnt even close to that. Disappointed100 %

Terrible stay and will never stay there again!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Fix the lock on the door!!!!!
Location: Unhappy
The door lock hinges were hanging off; carpet smelling; not a safe feeling with out both locks NOT working....advanced the hotel on Friday and Saturday and no one never came to fix the door.... A VERY UNSATISFIED DISABLED VETERAN!

they placed me in a construction site of the hotel, which was a little off when your trying to get a good feel for a hotel. at 8 am in the morning. they started drilling in the room next to me. which was terrible.

Good location, quiet rooms.

Hotel is under Remodeling, work hours are clearly posted and rooms are quiet. However they were dusty and carpets stained, hopefully they will replace them. Also we got some sweets at the room and they became full of ants. Front desk staff was really good.

Under construction but good

Considering there are renovations currently being done, the hotel was pretty good. Luckily we stayed in a room where you could tell those renovations had already taken place ;). At the special rate I got from Expedia, would definitely stay there again.
