One king size for 4 people

Pros: Social areas
It was our second time in this hotel, the first time was wonderful, but this time was uncomfortable, I reserved 3 room for 12 people, and they give as 3 rooms with 3 kind size bedrooms.

Difficult to navigate to.

Requested 2 rooms next to each other a week prior to our stay. Hotel had no notification of it. Only one room was ready when we got got there. The excuse was we are all booked up. We checked in at 5-6ish.

I saw a few bad reviews and was hesitant, upon arrival we were an hour early for check in, our room was ready. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The staff, we're all very polite and helpful. I do not have any complaints, I would certainly stay here again. Just like in any situation, if you are looking for negative, you will certainly find it, but honestly overall I was extremely pleased. The pictures of the hotel online, are accurate.

Nice staff, hotel not so clean

We stayed for a night and requested a two bed room (reservation was made for two adults - two kids). We got a king and a roller bed, thst was just and inflatable mattress. First impression was not so good, entrance door was super dirty and waste basket was full and dirty. Hotel facilities are ok but is kind of old. No microwave or fridge. I do not think I would stay again.

Noisy AC unit

Pros: Decently clean with plenty of towels.
Cons: Replace AC unit with a quiet unit that has adjustable airflow settings.
Location: The location is decent and is close to the Medical Center and Fiesta Texas.
I booked this hotel via Expedia on a promotion deal which did not let you know the name of the hotel until after payment. I was pleased to learn the hotel was Marriott. I booked the room for two occupants with special instruction to ask for two separate beds instead of one king size bed. Upon checked in, I found out that the room had only one bed and the front desk told me a room with two beds was NOT available only when I called down to the front desk to request another room. I ended up sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. What made it worst was the air conditioning unit which had only one speed. When it came on, it came on with full strength and the airflow was very strong and blew cold air straight at you. So I was going from hot to cold and then back to hot repeatedly. The worst thing was the noise of the air conditioning unit,. It was loud like a train and woke me up repeatedly during the night. I am a deep sleeper and it is pretty hard to wake me up by noise but this AC unit succeeded every single time. I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel a bit.

Pros: location
Cons: Needs a complete remodel
This hotel needs to be refurbished. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were courteous, but they could not make up for the outdated features and overall shabbiness of the accommodations.

Viejo y ruidoso

Pros: ubicacion
Al hotel le hace falta una remodelacion, se ve viejo. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso principal y fue sumamente ruidoso día y noche. No hubo una hora del día en la que no se escuchara ruido y por la noche no se podía ni dormir entre gritos, risas y pasos de todos los huéspedes.
