Marriott's lost my, and my company's, business!

Long story short, parked my truck in the parking garage around midnight. Went to leave for a meeting at 8am, and my truck was hit, and no note left. Immediately reported it to hotel staff, who said I must file a report with their security, and they would call the police department. After filing the report, I was told I needed to call the police. Wasted my entire morning, and missed my meeting.
Asked if they could review footage to see the white car that hit my truck leaving the garage in the 8 hour period. Was told they were about to upgrade their security cameras, and couldn't get a good shot of the car. There is only one entry and one exit out of their garage. How do you not have the capability of identifying a vehicle leaving? Asked management what they planned on doing to keep my business. Was told they could waive my parking fees. Really?!?! I'm out my deductible on my insurance, and you'll comp my parking? Was told anything more would have to go through their claims department.
Have made several calls since then to the claims department, and keep getting the run around. One month later, they won't even return my calls. By the way, they still charged me a for parking, after $4,000 worth of damage was done to my truck.
After a month of being patient and polite, I am done. They will never get another dollar from me or my company. If you decide to stay there, and have a problem, don't fall for the claims dept. Get it resolved before you leave.
