Great hotel on Riverwalk

Karen went out of her way to make our stay special. Surprised us with dessert for our birthday when we returned to our room!

I HAD 3 CHILDREN WITH ME ON VACATION AND ADULT IN A ROOM HAVING LOUD SEX AND KID ASKING WHAT WRONG WITH HER . TELL ME WHAT DO YOU SAY TO THEM. # 2 HAD TO WAIT 45MIN FOR MY CAR AND CHANGE 45.00 DOLLAR FOR VALET PARKING . NO MORE

Nice location, terrible elevators & valet service

Pros: It's Clean in a great location.
Cons: Valet parking service and elevators.
Location: San Antonio is great because the river walk and restaurants/pubs located along the river.
I hate if I have to spend more than $20 extra each for the breakfast. The hotel is really nice in a great location, very clean and updated accommodations. The elevators will make you nervous because the 15 to 30 min waiting time. The worst thing you can do is spend almost $50 with valet parking and have to wait almost 50 min to someone bring your car. I suggest use a public parking just next door.

We stayed at the Marriott Riverwalk. My favorite part was the closeness of the hotel to EVERYTHING. It was very easy access to the riverwalk. We were on the 22 floor and had a great view of Down Town and all the beautiful buildings around. The Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable. The staff was very helpful and we felt very good with our decision. I would definitely chose to stay again. The pool area was very nice. Shallow enough for kids to play with no worries. There was an option of being indoors outdoors with the pool. The gym and games in the pool room were cool and allowed for other activities. The view on the roof was beautiful during sunset and very cool during the evening time.

Made our time at TBA so much more fun! Elsa at front desk was awesome! Told us about the Saga lights at St Fernandez...wonderful time!

Worth the money

Great location! Comfortable with the surrounding. Next to the shops. Must get the breakfast buffet. Comfortably temperature. Almost a bit too cold. July 20-22.
