Nice hotel close to Ft. Sam Houston

Pros: The location close to Ft. Sam Houston, close to our daughter...
Cons: A tub plug, larger rooms, more drawer space, send one lady to Customer Service School!!! Secure Windows on first floor, WiFi & computer service fixed
Location: Close to Fort Sam Houston, BAMCE Medical Center, and to down town just around the curve of the Hwy 35... Splashworld next exit over...
Nice hotel, small rooms, clean, personnel were very nice and helpful, except for one day lady &#@%, left a bad taste on our minds... Wi Fi was okay, computer are was not good and computer did not work nine out of 10 times and then slow... It was a place to lay our heads on a pillow as it was close to Fort Sam Houston, where our daughter was attending school...

Great place to stay over night

Pros: Location and room was nice and clean.
Cons: A fridge in the room would have been nice.
Location: Easy location to get to, easy to fund down town and easy to continue on ones' journey.
Great place to stay over night. Room was small but nice and clean.

Pros: Close to the base . Easy to get to the base . Room was clean .
Cons: The way my room smelled . Needs to update coffee creamer .

The staff and manager ignorant and rude

Cons: Hopeless new management maybe and staff
I stayed a week in this hotel if the "clean"the room once i ask for new towels still waiting.... and when i asked for i receipt so i can be reimburse by my employer they refuse to do it please dont waste your money or time in this hotel

I don't like that they take a $50.00 dep and it takes them 5 to 7 days to put it back on your card

Dear movingman458, We require security deposit just like other hotels. The amount we will hold in case there is/are damages incurred during our guests' stay to help us keep up with repair cost. It indeed takes a few days to credit to your account a banking procedure that is beyond our management's control. Great deal....

Pros: The great price ...
Cons: The ice machines or vending machine's on the 3rd floor didn't work
Location: Location not to bad...
It's okay for the price... Need a little more work... please wash the bedspreads and use bleach in the towels... Ours towels had stains on the them... and need air fresheners in the rooms...
