Clean rooms, very home like feel

it was a nice stay..clean rooms, the only thing I'd have to say is that the guest attendent was not very personable and I wish there where more of a breakfast selection. Other than that a very nice hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was clean and only about 30 minutes from everything we did while in town. The staff was very helpful. They changed my room when they found out I was meeting people at the hotels

It was OK a bit to expensive for water and other drinks.the elevator look like it could break at any moments.

horrible hotel

Hotel pool is the size of a jacuzzi for two people and water is green, breakfast is horrible, fire alarm not working and has a chirping noise that did not let us sleep all night. Train is super loud. Staff didn't care to fix the fire alarm endangering my family because all they did was completely remove and not replace it.

Great for a 1 night stay

Great price for a one night stay. All the staff is very attentive and polite. The breakfast is ok. The wifi has good speed.

The first room they put me in...the a/c went out and the tv quit operating properly...had to unplug it to turn it off. They moved me to another room...just for the nite. When I asked them could I just stay where I was, they said that it would be an extra 10 dollars a day do to that room being an upgrade from what i paid for...sounds kinda like they put me in the messed up room to get me to pay for the other room. The next day they moved me to another room...it had to be cleaned first so I sat and slept in the lobby for a bit. Overall, I expected better from Microtel.

Room LOOKS nice, BUT the condition was NOT!

The outside appearance and staff was fascinating, but the condition of the room and housekeeping was HORRIBLE. The bathroom was NOT properly cleaned, nor were the mirrors cleaned above the beds. We stayed three nights in this hotel and housekeeping NEVER vacuumed our room. We did not receive wash cloths or a foot towel on the second day, and had to bathe with and step out the shower on a hand towel. The room spelled like mold or mildew, and the beds had us SORE!!! I was TOTALLY UNSATISFIED, and all was told to me is "let the hotel know!" I don't know about using Expedia again.

Quick stay

Looked for a overnight sleep away from downtown, yet not far. Excellent customer service and conveniently located. Needed more parking area
