The hotel is nice floor plan not as clean as you would hope. The staff is excellent especially maid service. Great place for the amount you pay this is my second visit.

Not worth the price. Overrated.

The website has the rooms looking nice fresh and clean. Not the case when you get there. Just a heads up you will have to pay for a cancellation. So go view the property before you purchase anything. Bad experience. Never again.

I am very disappointed to hear about your experience. Most hotels do charge a cancellation if it is not done so 24 hour in advance. However if a guest arrives on property and is checked into a dirty room and does not wish to stay because they are not happy with the room and do not wish to stay we do not charge the cancellation fee. We do not want to make anyone stay if that is the case. The pictures on our website are of actual rooms. Each room is decorated differently, so you may not get the exact decor as in the pictures but the apartment style layout remains the same through out the property. We do take a lot of pride in providing clean and comfortable rooms to all of our guests and I am very sorry to hear that your expectations were not met during your stay. Pros: The pool was heated.
Cons: The furniture was old. The carpet needs replaced. The towels were like sand paper. Change the breakfast hours.
Location: Right off the loop 1604. Starbucks close by, was much needed.
The pictures on the hotel website look nothing like the actual facility. Breakfast wasn't served until 7 am, when breakfast was served. There was no hot water, the syrup for the waffles was on the floor. One morning the office was locked, no lights on at 715 am. Had to ask for milk, butter, coffee wasn't ready. Not enough staff at the hotel. We came back at 445 pm, no one had been to the room to clean. We never had our room cleaned the entire time we were there, we just got clean towels, it was just easier that way. Staff is not dressed professionally, the website image is that this is an upscale extended stay hotel. It is not. There is an apartment complex right behind the hotel which I am assuming is how the money is actually made for this business. Coffee maker backed up, had to get another one. Just left the old one on the counter, since the room was never cleaned it just sat there the entire time. Extremely disappointed.

I am very disappointed to hear about all of the issues you experienced during your stay. I am also very shocked to learn that I did not hear about any of these issues before now. I do recognize that chair however, because it was brought to my attention at check out, and we had it replaced right away. If I am not mistaken I believe you stayed longer then 7 days with us in the room over looking the pool. Housekeeping is only provided twice a week when guest are staying 7 days or more, I am sorry if that was not explained at check in. All of our rooms are decorated differently. Some of our rooms have carpet and other have tile flooring. We are currently in the process of removing the carpet in the upstairs units. We are a very small limited service hotel. During the off season we do have one person at the front desk who also replenishes the breakfast. There are times when the guest may know something is empty before they do, but they do make sure it is replaced right away most of the time. To hear that there was syrup on the ground and nothing was out is also very disappointing. I cannot see how that could happen and I will make sure to speak with the staff concerning that issue as it is unacceptable. Thank you for bringing these issues to my attention I will be addressing them right away. We are very sorry that your experience with us was not one expected.

The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were apartment style. I like how they provide dishes and utensils for use.

very disappointing

Pros: location
Cons: the quality in the room!
shower curtain barely hanging, towels very rough, pillows terrible, no blanket for the pull out bed. other visitors stand out side your room and talk and laugh before the sun comes up.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience with us. Although we cannot control the actions of others the other issues in the room you spoke of are unacceptable. All of our rooms are inspected and quality is high on everyone list. Although decor is out of our hands the quality of the linens and the cleanliness of our rooms is completely with in our control and we should not have had any issues. I can assure you I will be looking into how any of those issues could have happened. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Nice Hotel

Big Hotel room for a big Family it is a # bedroom 2 bath apartment but the air conditioning was not working and when we asked for more towels they needed us to bring down the old ones in a bag and when we did that we still had to wait for more towels till the evening time when we brought the towels at breakfast. The breakfast was great!

We do have a towel exchange program for when guests do not want housekeeping, if this is not explained at check in I can definitely see how it can come across as an inconvenience. I will make sure to remind the staff how important it is to make sure all of our guests are well informed at check in. I see that there was an issue with the AC, I hope that we were able to get that fixed right away. The AC can be tricky, they sometimes have a mind of their own at times. I am very sorry that you had these issues during your stay. I hope that should your travels bring to our area again you will give us another chance.

Clean room and convenient location

We have stayed there to take my daughter for the soccer tournament at Scherz. The location was very convenient for that. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk personnel were very nice and being helpful. We will definitely come back if we are in this area!

Great Stay Great Price

I absolutely loved it called one hour before check in and spoke to Aileen and I told her I wanted a room on the 1st floor and she accommodated me right away.
