Better than ANY hotel I've stayed at here in SA,TX

Pros: Clean, comfortable, quite, towels are fluffy, thick and absorbant.
Cons: Breakfast could have better variety. Gravy some days with the biscuits would be a wonderful improvement. And upgrade the washers and dryers.
Location: Mall is an exit away. Walmart is an exit the other way. Food in walking distance.
After coming from the worst hotel experience of my life, Red Roof Ft. sam Houston/10 west, the room at Ramada was as if I just upgraded to the Hilton. The room is a good size, table, chairs, desk, huge bed and flat screen tv. And the towels are the best out of any of the previous hotels I've stayed

In town for BMT Graduation

Pros: Motel was close to where we needed to be and our room was extremely comfortable.
Cons: NA
Location: Several restaurants were within walking distance.
Motel was fairly close to the base. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Being from out of town, they answered our many questions about San Antonio and were willing to give directions. The small shop in the lobby provided little things we needed and forgot and always had a cold supply of soft drinks in addition to other snacks. we would stay there again if ever in the area again. Also would consider other Ramada Inns in other areas when traveling.

Cons: Perhaps more variety or options for breakfast
Location: Fast food restaurants
It has the comfort expected for the price, there is very little to do within walking distance

Cons: Better service, front desk, breakfast and housekeeping...they should learn english.
Location: Seaworld and Riverwal not fat away.
Coming from Europe when I hear the name Ramada, I expect more than this. I expect more of a breakfast, I shouldn't have to tell the breakfast person that something is out. If she's doing her job, she wouldn't have to be told that toast is out or bagels or something else. She was more interested in greeting the Spanish speaking guest in Spanish than all the guest sitting there, helping to pay her paycheck. This hotel or "Inn" had no elevators, our room was on the 2nd floor. For a person in my age range with my bad knees, this sucked. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom was tiny. Sitting on the toilet was a task on it's own since my knees were into the bathroom door, that's how close it was to the door. Shower head was nasty and moldy. Refrigerator did not hold a "cold" so or food we bought spoiled and we had to dump it all.

Weekend stay at reasonable price

After a few issues...original room was not non-smoking (though that wasn't mentioned when booking) had to up grade because of availability. Got to room and was overwhelmed by cigarette smell but was quickly given a different room. Average room but the price was good

Clean spacious

Clean and spacious room. Great customer service. Bed a bit too firm for me but that is a personal preference. Would stay again.
