Nice hotel, close to Lackland AFB.

Pros: I liked the hotel because it was clean and close to many things I wanted and needed to do in San Antonio.
Cons: I did not receive clean towels and had to ask for them.
Location: There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and Lackloand AFB was close also.
The room was clean, the clerk was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel.

Room was out dated, and didn't feel clean. Stains in the bathtub, didn't have hand towels. Shower curtain rod was about to fall down, found hair under the sheets. Sheets probably hadn't even been changed. Staff was friendly, but room was not clean. Won't stay here again.

I was very disappointed staying at the Ramada for five days. Staff needs to do a better job in cleaning the rooms, restroom was terrible I had to buy bleach and sprayed on tub and toilet, one day the staff simply didn't clean my room, front desk just gave me clean towels. Very disappointed this place is giving a bad name to Ramada. The breakfast is not a buffet is a simple continental breakfast.

Floors were dirty. The bottom of the tub was brown and nasty looking.

Room not well ventilated a lot of the electric outlets did not work or if they did phones didn't charge all that well. Tv didn't come with a lot of premium channels and the complementary breakfast is not very good you're better off walking to the Denny's next door. Walls were really thin. Could not sleep because of all the noise you can hear from neighboring rooms. Only good thing about this place is that it's halfway to seaworld and the riverwalk.

Sea world was good the Alamo trip was good there was a lot of places to eat all was good

Wedding trip

We had a wedding to attend and they accommodated us with early check in, staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean, breakfast could use a bit more of a variety, but overall ok.
