This hotel delivered good quality for budget prices. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy but within walking distance to many attractions.

The location of the hotel is good, it is a 15 min walk to river walk area and shopping centers. However, the condition of the rooms is bad. The bathroom was very dirty and felt like it was falling apart. The dressers and nightstand were not cleaned, some parts felt sticky and dusty. The bed was ok.

By far this is the most Dirty hotel I have visited in US and around the world. The rooms and the bedding smelled really bad. We arrived late and ask the front desk if they sell water, the guy said they didnt have any water to sell. When we were in the course to our room there were a vending machine with a bottom row full of bottled water. Thanks God we only stayed 2 nights there. Dont stay here please. Do yourself a favor and pay a lil more in another hotel.

A bit disappointed in the fact that you have to pay additional $25 to check in before 4pm. We checked in at 2pm. Also have to pay $15 per day to park your vehicle on property.

The staff was wonderful. Building and rooms are very nice for the price. Stayed 2 weeks, would do it again. Very close to everything on the river walk and the Alamo. Less then a mile from grocery stores.

The check in time is 4pm. They made everyone wait until 4pm. to check them in. This caused a longer line up than necessary. Even if the rooms aren't available yet, they can let the clients know. It's the first hotel I've ever stayed at where they made you wait exactly at 4pm for check in. The place itself and the service was just average. The location was pretty good though

The Hotel was not what i expected! The Hotel room had a terrible smell and the lighting was too dim, There was no breakfast at all .like it was on the web-site. The rep. told me that , it was too expensive for them. The vending machine was out of order, i was thirsty for water. And we were charged extra $30.00 for parking , we stayed two days. in the web-site , they did'nt say anything about charging for Parking. Terrible experience. will not go to your facilities anymore.

The staff was great my main interactionswas with Daniel and he was superb, the area around the hotel is rather questionable. There was rusting on doors and water stains. The toilet paper in the bathroom had old yellow rings on it so we used tissues.

All staff were great....I didn't eat the breakfast downstairs but it seemed well attended each morning....loved having Coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in room.

Room doors don’t lock all the way, a/c makes lots of noise when running, restroom door doesn’t have a lock, pillows very old and smelly, bed was not comfortable plus had to mention I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for parking… this one does charge for parking per night

Had to move rooms because ther wher cocaraches in it moved 1 room no cleaning service for 5 days and front desk had an was not nice
