The overall look of the hotel was not the same as advertised on any website, the lobby of the building looks like it hasn’t had any renovations within the last decade, the interior of the lobby/reception area didn’t look any better, the room I was given was dirty, floor was stained, blankets and sheets were also stained, the room had a funny smell, the door to the hotel room had to be forced closed which is a serious safety concern, being in this hotel made me feel dirty. I had to check out immediately.

Can’t really complain by virtue of how relatively cheap the rooms were but even at that, the management really needs to renovate the entire building and take proper care of the surrounding aesthetics

The worst experience of my life. The owners and mangers are all into the scam game. They scam every single customers credit cards. They will find and excuse to lock u out and kick u off the property. The worst customer service ever but mainly it’s the stealing from the customers.

There were bugs in the room. Little roaches crawling everywhere but the bed. The light fixture in the bathroom was falling apart. The shower head only barely functioned and there was no way to determine temperature as the control just spun 360. Dirty. Wax on the ledge and carpet from a previous candle. Bits of garbage a vacuum should've sucked up. I asked for another room because of the bugs and the answer was, "They're not going to be better on the first floor and that's all we have available." What??? Will be seeking a refund. Asked for $100 deposit which isn't abnormal but they're the ones who I should be getting a deposit from cause I would've kept it given the stay.

We went to turn on a lamp beside the bed we saw the bulb was broken and still in the lamp. When we turned on the light in the restroom all the cockroaches came out from everywhere! It was bad.

First off I wanted to give a zero but I couldn’t. Room what I thought was clean was not. This morning 10/29 my 2 yr old grandson was picking up his toys so we could leave. I noticed something white under the end table to the left of the bed so I put my hand under there thinking it was one of his toys but it was slimy so I pulled my hand out right away. So I picked up the end table to move it and I find a nasty used condom. I ran away to wash and sanitize my hands. What if my grandson saw that and grab it or even put it in his mouth?!?! If I was able to see something under the table so should the cleaning person. I will continue to post this in every social media site that way families with kids know to be careful. This could have turned out bad if my grandson would have touched that. I will be contacting the owner to request a refund. If I could leave pictures I would.

The condition of the rooms are terrible they are run down, and the upholstery, curtains, carpet, and bedding are all old and appear dirty. There are no complimentary toiletries at all. The towels are dingy, small and rough. The doors barely close, maybe they lock I’m not sure but didn’t feel safe.

The bedding had black spots all over like beg crap and the rest was filthy. When to the front desk which the bulletproof glass was shattered and to them an it was like they didn’t even are asked for the deposit back and canceled the stay and they told me that I have to take it up with Expedia so this is the first time I’ve been able to so please help Expedia you have my contact information.

In the middle of the night someone came and was pounding on my door and window once around 9 the other around 11 I’m a single mother it was terrifying I left the next day because I was so scared

Worst motel ever
Worst motel we ever stayed at,was filthy ,no toilet paper,broken racks drawers,tub was filthy,smelled and roaches and bedbugs,tried to complain but was told to get out and I now will never stay at any Roadway or Red Lion motel again.This was for my fiance and myself to celebrate 40 years as best friends instead was a nightmare.Im gonna start just booking my rooms and we travel year round with Wyndham hotels on their website which I'm a Silver member of so this is my last time I book this way ,Thank you for such a wonderful weekend,they also advertise breakfast but the cheap hotel is still using COVID as an excuse saying no other hotels serve breakfast but sir the Super and La Quinta are and have been for months so please avoid this motel it's disgusting and bedbugs wow
