The bed and fuzzy blanket were full of hairs and a pubic hair. I want my money back. Wifi didn't work and the room smelled musty. The couch felt damp - gross.

Waste of money and rude unprofessional staff

Hotel room was beyond dirty. Staff was unprofessional. Breakfast was a joke. After I complained about my room the owner/manager moved us to a new room. That room was clean but the AC did not work. I contacted the front desk which was the owner's rude daughter. She contacted maintenance. Maintenance came out and had no clue what they were doing. We went to bed that night left and when we returned the room was hotter than outside. I contacted the front desk again and again it was the owner's rude daughter. She went to roll her eyes and tell me to live with it. So my family and I sweated and were uncomfortable all evening. When I checked out the following morning the owner was there and said she heard that my AC was not working. I acknowledged that and went on to say her daughter was so rude and unprofessional. She rebuttled with well she had a rude customer right before you. Last time I checked you don't take that type of stuff out on another guest. I seriously want my money back and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely not stay here ever again.

everything was great. recommend to bring your own pillows bed not to comfortable.
