Convenient location to UTSA.Posted Aug 6, 2015
Hotel in a nice quiet location. However, when we arrived at 3pm, our room was not ready. Hotel manager asked if we wanted to leave and come back because they only had one housekeeper. We didn't rest well due to young kids above us running all night and early morning hours. Complained twice to front desk but was told sorry, it's summer and people are on vacation. Phone wasn't working and constantly had to walk to the front desk if needed anything. Staff didn't seem to care about concerns.

Nice hotel but no housekeeping or breakfastPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Newish building.
Cons: Hire attentive staff. Add tables and food to the breakfast room.
This is a pricey, newish hotel that has a terrible staff. First, the keys didn't work. This happened twice. Old food in the bathroom and no towels when we got there. Were our sheets cleaned? No way of knowing. The towels had long, black hairs in them. Not one time in our 4 day stay were our towels replaced, garbage removed or beds made. The breakfast room was way too small and they ran out of food. One day all I had was a bowl of dry Cherrios because they were out of milk. Garbage was piled up outside. WiFi was unusable.

Nice place - good value - great breakfast.Posted Jul 6, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed here because it is about a mile from Fiesta Texas. My daughter (9) really liked the room. The esthetics of the inside of the hotel were very nice. They have an indoor pool, hot tub, and workout room. (However we did not use any of them.) Unfortunately there were some fake eyelashes in the bathroom and some burritos left in the fridge. TV was pretty small too. The walk in shower was small and a large person may have a hard time getting in. The shower pan filled with water and splashed out when she took a shower. I didn't mention to anyone because these things did not bother me. Place could have had a better room cleanup but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was outstanding!

Good location - easy access to all highways and clean rooms. Too bad the hotel staff didn't know the area. They were not very helpful in places to eat or visit.

Nice place to stay near Fiesta TexasPosted Jun 19, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Hotel was off I-10 so not as noisy with freeway traffic. Rooms were updated and very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Beach very close byPosted Jun 3, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed one night with our 5 year old grandson. One king bed, was not really a great situation for us, we should have booked two double beds. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Although our grandson really liked the pancake machine. The pool was nice, had a small area for kids also. Hot tub was being worked on during our visit. The location to the beach is one reason we chose this hotel. The ocean was warm & you can rent umbrella & chairs on the beach
