Appreciated breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff, great location for Alamo and Riverwalk. Need hot chocolate and herbal tea options. All hot drink options were caffeinated; nothing for children or guests who avoid caffeine.

Very friendly service. The breakfast was very good and a wonderful way to start off our day. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we always saw that it was busy and looked like fun.

The room was just ok. I found what looked like splattered blood on the wall by the sink, feces on the wall and hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us. There was also cereal on the floor left over from a previous guest. Blanket was stained and the bedside table had a dried white substance on it. Definitely needs to be cleaned better. I probably wouldn’t stay here next time.

Nice stay. Comfortable room. Breakfast was nice. Close to the Riverwalk, lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. Did not use the exercise room which appeared to be well equipped with treadmills, ellipticals and weights. Valet service was very quick and convenient.

This hotel was perfect for me and my family. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and helpful with anything we asked for and went above and beyond to help. They had plenty of snacks and other things in case you forgot something, although it was a little on the pricey side for those items. It was a pretty hotel and the property was perfect in that the street outside was not super busy and so it was relatively quiet. The pool area was also really nice. The breakfast was also super good and the staff attending it was really good to refill things and help if there were any issues. I will definitely be staying here again while visiting San Antonio. Thanks to all the staff y'all made Christmas even better!

Good breakfast make it good enough
For a price which is about $115 a night with taxes+fee not included parking of $35 come with free breakfast which is really nice. I have to say breakfast was the best part of staying here. Food is awesome so many selections. The sad part was it not as clean as i was hoping for. Missing double bed mattress. Couch was dirty, blind was broken coffee machine missing coffee dispenser tray but over all with price and location and because of the breakfast I wouldn’t say it was never ever come back again kind of hotel. I think over all it good at it price i wish it little cleaner and have all amenity ready or not missing stuff i would give this 6 star

On the expedia app the hotel said they provide free parking. When we got there we were told we had to pay. I went in to cancel the stay since I was lied to and the guy at the counter said the only option for parking is $35 daily (this was not shown on the ad). I told him to cancel the stay and he said he did. I contacted expedia and they tried to call and get a hold of him but no one answered. They told me that he wrote that we checked in and that he gave us an option for free parking which is not true. It wouldn’t make sense for us to leave if we were given a better option and we definitely didn’t check in and only told him to cancel. We were very tired and ended up staying at a different hotel. We were lied to and lied about by this worker. It was a very bad experience. I tried to talk to the hotel manager, they put me on hold and no one called me.
