Awesome price, location and amenities

Posted Aug 10, 2016
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Add another breakfast staff, the poor lady could not keep up with the demand.
Location: 1 block to La Villita and River Walk entrance and 4 blocks to the Alamo.
We were very pleased with this hotel based on price and location, just a block from La Villita and the River Walk. Most other hotels were so much more and charged outrageous parking fees...not here. Plus the breakfast and other amenities were wonderful.

Riverwalk, San Antonio

Posted Aug 5, 2016
Pros: Price, cleanliness, pool, & breakfast included.
Cons: A few people were smoking at the outdoor pool & I understood it to be a smoke free hotel.
Location: Natural Bridge Caverns, The Alamo, a large variety of restaurants & shops. A lot of family activities in and around San Antonio.
My husband & I took our 12 year old grandson to San Antonio to see The Alamo, Hard Rock Cafe, & the Natural Bridge Taverns. Very nice for the price. One block from the Riverwalk. Very clean but it was obvious Housekeeping was a little overwhelmed, but they tried very hard to please. Breakfast ended at 9:00, but on Saturday there were so many people still eating at 9 so the people bringing out food let breakfast go on till 9:30. Very pleasant, hardworking, and courteous people.

Very good Hotel for families

Posted May 9, 2016
Pros: Very good hotel for the price
Cons: Definitely the parking arrangements
Location: It's downtown San Anotnio, Riverwalk is a first option, plenty of night life near by
The rooms where very spacious, loved the full size couch and 2 TV's with DirecTV The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent It would be even better if a) breakfast hours would be until 10 b) their parking arrangement would be clearer: 1st you don't know there will be a charge until you get there and 2nd the way their extended parking area is explained/works makes you feel your car can be towed at any second and that despite being charged for parking by the hotel you're still on your own to deal with the parking owner if something happens c) all staff where equally nice, while the person who checked us in had a snubby attitude, the rest of the staff always had a smile for us
