We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay, Gary. Our hotel is an extended stay hotel and each Staybridge hotel offers the same amenities and fees. All Staybridge Hotels do not have ice makers due to each room having a full-size fridge and freezer with an ice maker. The hotel also advertises all fee's on all websites.
