Over promised-under delivered...and over charged

I had a reservation that was able to be changed or cancelled. A few days after I did the reservation, I revised my room choice from a single king to a double, which increases the price $20ish. An hour later my friend decided to book their own room and I couldn't change online back to a king so I called the location. I was told I didn't need to cancel and rebook a king, they would just change it there. He said the price would go back to the first reservation price. When I checked in, it was still a double and it was now even more expensive than the online revised confirmation with Expedia. I showed him and it didn't matter. The guy at the desk wouldn't help me get this resolved, so I over payed for a wrong room. The breakfast was ok, but the only choices were sugary cereal, stale white bread for toast or waffles. No fruit, yogart or any form of protein. I went down at 930am & the front desk was closed. The tub wouldn't drain when you showered. I tried the phone the signed directed to use and no one would answer.

Rooms recently renovated. Comfortable, quiet, close to shopping, restaurants and airport.

Selma Labor Day '16

Pros: Easy access to IH 35.
Cons: maid service and the Breakfast could be longer with more options.
Location: Plenty of restaurants close by and things to see.
Arrived late after midnight on Friday. Checked into room and found that the beds were made but dirty (found hair on sheets). Breakfast ending at 9 am with Waffles 2 different cereals, one pot of coffee, orange juice, milk. Left our room at about 10:30 without hanging the "Do Not Disturb" on the inside of door. We got back at about 11 PM on Saturday and our bed was not made and only had towels for 1 person and not 2. I asked the maid in the morning to be sure to clean our room and put towels in the room. Again Sunday evening bed not made and no towels this time. You guessed it we returned Sunday at about 5 PM and NO BED MADE AND I went to the front desk to get clean towels.

Comfortable family outing

We had no issues with cleanliness or customer service. We visited on the time the pool was being remodeled so we didn't get to experience the pool area.
