Over promised-under delivered...and over charged

I had a reservation that was able to be changed or cancelled. A few days after I did the reservation, I revised my room choice from a single king to a double, which increases the price $20ish. An hour later my friend decided to book their own room and I couldn't change online back to a king so I called the location. I was told I didn't need to cancel and rebook a king, they would just change it there. He said the price would go back to the first reservation price. When I checked in, it was still a double and it was now even more expensive than the online revised confirmation with Expedia. I showed him and it didn't matter. The guy at the desk wouldn't help me get this resolved, so I over payed for a wrong room.
The breakfast was ok, but the only choices were sugary cereal, stale white bread for toast or waffles. No fruit, yogart or any form of protein.
I went down at 930am & the front desk was closed. The tub wouldn't drain when you showered. I tried the phone the signed directed to use and no one would answer.
