Comfortable

The bed was so comfortable. The room was comfortable for our stay. It definitely serves its purpose. The staff was helpful.

Very nice hotel room with a great price. Newly remodeled. Not located in a sketchy part of town. Friendly staff. Wifi goes in and out occasionally

Mediocre hotel for price.

Facilities were okay. Looks recently remodeled. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty when pulled back upon entering; visible dirt, hair, etc noticed in sheets.

Cheap beyond belief

When I first checked in, the card I was issued at the front desk wouldn't open my room. The person at the desk argued that he had just made it, but he made another, and it opened the second time. There was no heat in the room, and the desk person couldn't be found. I told him about it the next morning, and he put me in a different room, but I hadn't been able to sleep. The breakfast bar did not offer coffee; the tub did not drain, and the coffeemaker in the room did not work. There was no refrigerator in the room, but other than these things, it was all right.

One night only

This hotel served its purpose for one quick night in town, which was on the way to our destination up IH 35. We requested a king non smoking room, and ended up w a double. I usually hold rooms on a credit card if I don't pay before, and change the card when I get there. Before getting there, I recevived a notification that my card had a pending charge, but thought they were just holding it. Once I checked in, I tried to change the payment method, only to find out my hold card had already been charged. This isn't normal, and I wasn't too happy about this. The front desk person was not all that cordial, and the room was just okay. The hotel wasn't busy enough to justify not getting our requested room type. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone unless it was the last hotel available in the area and you were in a pinch.

You get what you paid for, but wow!

Pros: Location
The comfort of the room was decent, but the cleanliness was horrible. There were stains on the sheets and small hairs that I noticed after we had already slept in the bed. The bathroom tub had small hairs in the tub and on the floor there was hair. The smell of the hotel was bad. These aren't major things to ask for staying at a hotel. I don't expect a 5 star hotel with what I paid but at least the minimum of it being clean...
