Very dirty , bedspread was covered in makeup, ironing board stained and written on, blanket had cigarett holes in it. Yucky even at a good price

This Super 8 location is extremely run down and in desperate need of upkeep. The only really positive things I can say is my car did not get vandalized/broken into, the beds were comfortable, A/C was functional and the TV had many channel choices. The pillows are in sad shape, walls are paper thin, last update was obviously done on a shoestring budget (partial thin paint and amateur job), the bathroom tub delaminating so bad the pieces were clogging the drain. If not by Randolph AFB, I would not have booked this motel....I will never again.

The room was big and clean plus the staff was very helpful, respectful, and kind.I loved that there is a forum really close by with plenty of restaurants to choose from and retail stores as well.

Well what I like about this motel the super 8 at Wyndham universal City as I walk through the door they always got my same room and I always pay cash at the property and they're not asking me for my $40 deposit for the last three or four visits so these guys are good

It quite convenient for my trip to stay at this motel. The only one thing I do not appreciate is dirty bath tubs. Maybe they are cleaned!!! but they look yucky to me. these bath tubs are so old! Omg it’s time for replacement. I have to wear flip flops to take a shower. Lol

They main boss lady is very nosy i had my window open and was inside and she pressed her face up to my window looking inside. And same lady was also banging on my door and gave my daughther attitude asking if we were leaving yet but we had already extended our stay! There is also roaches and they dont do anything about it

Nice mattresses although they were more elevated than a normal bed. Our room had a sagging shower rod so the curtain didn't stay closed well causing a wet wall and floor. The hairdryer also had a blown fuse and did not work. There were no breakfast items in the lobby though rooms had a coffeemaker. Nice, clean, and safe budget-conscious hotel,

For the price, not horrible. All of the coffee and drink dispensers in the lobby were out of order. Gap all the way around door of the room. Pretty quiet and well lighted parking lot.

Good night's sleep in no-frills place!
Super 8 was a good night's stay. It is an older property, but the price was great! It is a no-frills motel, which i was looking for (didn't need breakfast or anything like that since i was visiting fam!), but it was comfortable, shower & water pressure were good, the king room was very comfy, plenty of wall plugs for phone and laptop (which i didn't bring!). The only down side for me, being 5'3" lady was the bed was HIGH! =)~ With bad knees, that was my only issue, but not their fault at all!! And did have an issue of my key not working the 2nd day - so had to go to the office to get those redone. But nice office, got those taken care of. Thank you for a good night's sleep!

ADA: STAY AWAY
This property does not care about persons with disabilities. I got turned away with my service animal. They wanted me to show an "ID CARD" for my service animal? Absolute ADA violation. This business should be ashamed. Good that banks can get your money back, cause hotels.com wouldn't help at all
