It's fine...

It was fine until the very end when we asked if there was a shuttle to the airport. We were then hustled into a car from the hotel (not a shuttle) and asked to pay the driver directly in cash. We would have been better grabbing an uber.

The staff was awesome. Location was great. Rooms were dirty, comforters were stained and made us feel nasty to lay in the beds. Rooms are to cheesy for a high scale hotel. Over priced.

Great location for the Alamo!

Great Location! Friendly staff, but Hotel walls are really thin and you can hear everyone in the rooms around you. We were in room 604 with an Alamo view, which was nice, but very noisy neighbors. Valet service was friendly, but were busy due to the College game at the Alamodome. I probably would not stay again. It was a room for 1 night that I had redeemed with my Hotels.com benefits. Next time, I would definitely stay at Omni La Mansion on the Riverwalk.

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in is a little tricky because they don't have a drive up area to park at the front door. The valet desk is on the sidewalk by the front entrance to the hotel. You have to stop on the street at the valet desk. They bring the luggage cart to your car and then valet park your car. (The street is a one way side street that runs between the hotel and the Alamo)

The location could not be better. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Bedding was disappointing.

Despite the hotel being "haunted" it was a very nice hotel. Very modern but still had that titanic effect "new money". Will definitely be staying again on my next visit to San Antonio!
