The staff is very unfriendly does not explain anything and was down right rude. They charged our cars for the initial hotel room price plus a $20 holding fee in case you buy movie or anything g which I understand. Then when we checked out they didn't say anything to us but charged our card for the room a second time without us even knowing till I looked at our account later that day.
