Close our Sea World destination

First time staying @ this location and we loved it! The front desk personnel was very nice and Shared information about things to do during our stay! There was food places within 5 -10 mins of the hotel which was great! Only one not too far experience that was the dining area not having one of the dishes I wanted but my 2nd choice was great! I would definitely stay there again!

Cons: nice to offer breakfast like many of the other similar chains do.
Hotel is nice and close to shops and dining, comfortable

Bad experience

Still waiting for my refund. Had to wait for rooms to be cleaned up . Paid at the desk, went up to the room and there was a leak not sure what type but the carpet was wet. Hotel denied that there was a leak after the rep. Confirmed there was.

it was good. the only thing that i didnt like was that i wasnt allowed to check out half hour after the check out timing because supposedly a lot of people are checking in while i could clearly see a lot of people were checking out. apart from the staff at the front desk, everyone else was cool, professional and helpful.

We do this in order to provide a better service for our guests. We are typically able to grant extensions to the check out time on weekdays only. Convenient, nice, quiet, roomy, great staff, affordable, housekeeping and wait staff are awesome. Love the stay each month. Will be there again soon.

Inexpensive hotel near the highway

Pros: It was Close to my meeting site.
Cons: Update th rooms and clean the carpets.
This hotel is ok if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel right off the highway. The hallways are dark and the carpet is worn and stained. My room was old, not updated, the carpet was worn and dirty. I had a room with 2 beds and the spread on one bed had stains. The curtains were stained and falling off the rods. This did not make for a comfortable stay. I would not return based on this experience.

Location: there was a very nice golf course near by

Monthly family visit. 2nd stay better then 1st.

Great staff,clean, quiet, easily accessible to main freeways. Wonderful food and bar. Will return again next month.
