My hotel room had black mold in the shower. I had to tell them it was there. Last night, the bathroom door was stuck and I had to break it down to get out. I let the manager know what happened this morning, so he called the general manager. She refused to speak with me, and then instructed the manager to charge me $150 dollars for the damages. She showed up minutes later and didn't even look at me. She didn't apologize for what happened at all. She treated me like I wasn't there.
