Very clean and convenient hotel

The night receptionist was very helping in my concerns for safety and switched my room from the first floor by the outside exit door to the second floor. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the area on places to eat. Even tho she worked new years eve night she still had a high spirit towards the customer.

Nice Stay

Nice stay. Room was clean and nice size. WiFi could have been faster but I was there for work and probably needed the downtime anyway. Breakfast was good. Definitely would stay here again.

The heater smelled rancid.....so I didn't turn it on. Felt like it hadn't been clean in a while and I was too tired to complain in the middle of the night

Just awful. Front desk staff was so rude weven when I tried to be sweet and calm.

Nice hotel.

Pros: Price was good. Not far from Six Flags.
Cons: More menu items on buffet.
Hotel had everything needed. Wish breakfast had more selection.

Hotels.com screwed up my reservations and I could not get them to address the issue at the time. The mamager on duty gave me two additional rooms at no extra cost. Hotels.com refuses to compensate me for the mistake and have pretty much closed the file. This was a very nice and clean hotel. I will definitely stay again.
