Pros: Location and access. Coffee station had variety and was good.
Cons: The stopper that lets the shower come on and off was VERY hard to pull and make work
Staff very friendly, always greeted by staff anywhere on property

Worst Fairfield In Have Ever Stayed At

First room smelled like mildew, changed to second room which also smelled like mildew. Asked to be transferred to another Marriot hotel, but couldn't without forfeiting my funds for the room. Bed was hard, sheets were itchy. Facility was in general need of maintenance. Will never stay here again.

Carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night (12ish) and was told I had to wait as he was dealing with another issue. Did get another room as the detector would not be repaired so had to pack up and move. Area is a target for theft apparently as my ice chest that takes 2 grown men to lift empty was dumped out chain and cable lock cut and lifted over my locked tail gate. This happened to another vehicle as well!! No compensation offered for the room fiasco.

Convenient; bad service

Daily housekeeping was lacking. Even after complaing they still didn't clean the room the next day. The pool area was not cleaned in 2 days; there was food and towels laying around the pool deck. The hot tub water tarnished my silver rings; this has never happened by any other pools or hot tubs.

Great customer service

The hotel was under construction and they made it very comfortable despite the fact. Tony provide awesome service and the great care service he provided would definitely make me want to stay here again. Great job!
