Staff was very friendly and understanding. We got in late and they let us check out at 1pm when normal checkout is at 11am. Room was clean and neat. Overall experience was very nice with no problems.

Outdated rooms.

The Hotel in general looks fine from the outside however the rooms are quite outdated. Especially for the price I. The middle of nowhere. I must say that the staff was very nice and friendly but the chain really has to pour money into this location!

Terrible stay, no rest.

Could hear the person next door sneezing, water running on different room levels, people talking everywhere. This facility is qualified as a hotel not a cheap motel. My intention was to rest and failed miserably. Do not book this hotel if you’re intending to have a good night sleep.

Tried to double charge us. Said the first credit card didn't go through, so we have another, even though I paid for it like December 2nd for my trip.. Had to call expedia they were awesome explained what the hotel did and expedia called the hotel fixed it , here's the kicker I paid for tomorrow ahead of time and they said I need to be out by 1100 , another phone call to expedia, would not recommend this hotel to my enemy. Trying to double charge someone , and Tell me need to be out by tomorrow, paid up until they are pause up way in advanced very very unhappy

No!!!

Went to check inn, the room wasn’t available and it wasn’t what Expedia showed in the pictures, it’s not the first time that this issue happens, did not stay I drove back to my house and of course got charged for the night. Never again I will book using Expedia.

The stay was ok, husband and I weren’t able to sleep good becaus the pillows felt like they had stuffed balls inside of them. The bath tub looked very dirty, they need to scrub the bathtub floor better. I was disappointed to know that it’s “extra” to get a room with a microwave and fridge. I just thought it was iincluded or that all rooms had that. Overall our stay wasn’t that bad but the Hotel can do better.

Attitude and professionalism

My first room was not clean. Had to wmgo and get another key. The front desk auditor was very condescending about things which had me very upset. I deserve at least half off

Easy to get to off 1604

Pros: Within 5 minutes of my brother's house and shopping malls.
Cons: Have refrigerator and microwave in all the rooms instead of some.
Location: Withing 5 minutes of shopping malls.
We picked this hotel because it was within 5 minutes of my brother's house. If you don't know the area, it's not hard to find. Hotel Staff was great!!!! Very professional and friendly. We stayed at this hotel last year for Thanksgiving and it's our go-to hotel when we visit!
