Okay for a night stay.

The staff was excellent. We got a family suite and it was huge. The only down side was the sofa bed and the tub. The sofa bed had stains and so did the comforter. The tub needed to be redone. It was tiny and looked very old.

Hotel close to shopping

Looks a bit run down on the outside, but the rooms are nice. Pretty quiet.

Customer service was great and the rooms were clean! I will be staying here again. Staff greeted me the moment I waked in and explained to me where my room was located and mentioned free WiFi

It's like buyer beware

The hotel inside looks nothing like the pictures on the website false advertisement I was quite disappointed when it came down to actually opening the door and looking at the one bedroom king suite all the material and bedding is outdated and old the hotel needs updated pictures reflect what they have in the hotel.

Hotel is nice, 20 minutes north of downtown, so prices are very reasonable. This particular one, rooms are accessed from outside, which I prefer. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Easy access to freeway, shopping and food.

Pictures are worth a 1000 words

Pros: Nothing really
Cons: The small of the room(s)
Location: The location was okay.
The picture was deceiving, what looked to be a 4 start room via the photo was nothing like that. The room had a smell to it was was not the best. NOT ALL La Quinta's look the same. I've stayed in some that look worthy of it's listed price; however the one I stayed in over the weekend was not worth the price listed. Thank You

Very disappointed.

I made a reservation to stay here as my boyfriend and I were traveling back home after Hurricane Harvey from California. Our flight was delayed, so we did not get to the hotel until about 11:45pm. After a long week (and day!) of traveling, we were very tired and ready to settle in to our room. On arrival, the front desk person informed me that it is a requirement to have a credit card in order to finish the reservation. Since we had evacuated and spent a lot of time away from home, my only credit card would not cover one night of stay. I informed the front desk person that I had a debit card AND cash and would be able to pay for the room 10x over... just not with a credit card. They refused to work with me. Considering that it was so late at night, we had been dropped off by an uber and did not have a car of our own and were in an unfamiliar part of town, I was totally shocked and disappointed that they were not willing to accept my debit card or cash in order for us to stay there. I have NEVER experienced an issue like this at a LaQuinta before.

Worth the price

The room I reserved on Expedia was suppose to be an accessible king size with a microwave and refrigerator. When I got to my room there was no appliances. The receptionis stated the hotel did NOT have handicap rooms with appliances. At this particular stay the appliances were more important to us. So she kindly switched our room, and then called later to make sure we were happy. This is my 3rd stay here in the past couple months because the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
