Nice hotel, really pleasant staff.

The air conditioner was so noisy I couldn’t sleep. The shower smelled musty after the room was warmed by showering. I’ve stayed here three other times and thisstay was very disappointing.

Close to airport

Need major remodeling. Lobby needs new flooring. More update on furniture.

Staff was very accomodating

Pros: Conveniently located next to airport and car rentals.
Cons: Lots of noise from aircraft however tough to solve due to location. Not much for restaurants within walking distance.
Location: Close to airport and car rentals so well located for doing business.
The shuttle driver promptly picked me up from the airport. He was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was somewhat helpful however didn't get communicate from day to night shift, my request for a cab to the airport in lieu of the shuttle not operating between 3am and 5 am. Overall , great value of room cleanliness, location, and amenities.

Wouldn’t recommend!

We stayed In room 304, the room trimbled. I’m thinking the laundry room was under us. The extra sheets for the sofa bed were stained look like from blood. They looked washed but still stained. Was just GROSS! Called and informed the front desk but she said I would have to wait 30 minuets for more sheets because she was washing. Wait?!?! My kids just wanted to shower and go to bed. Called front desk for more shampoo & conditioner, they never brought it! called in the morning for more shampoo and conditioner and they never brought it! Just a terrible hotel over all!

Nice rooms

Our stay was only for one night. The staff was friendly. They didn't have the room we booked so instead gave us two king room suites at no extra charge. The pool is cute, but it's super tiny and narrow. I'm not sure if it's all rooms or not but we could hear lots of noise from the interstate. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the other side. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower and toilet room doors are kinda different, frosted glass barn door style. Didn't feel like it was "private" enough.

Modern and Friendly

Pros: Design and staff.
Cons: Elevator is a little slow...
Location: Airport and shopping.
I would like to specifically thank Stephanie at the front desk for making my stay incredible. Great amenities and design of hotel. Comfortable room and FREE breakfast, wifi, and parking. I would definitely come back.

Great stay, great beds, nice stay. Only compliant is that there was no vending machines and be front desk shop was barely stocked at all. But other then that I would flr sure stay again. Thanks

Not that great

They offer shuttle to restaurants; nice in theory but in practice it didn't work well. Understaffed at hotel in evening; long wait both directions that was not communicated well. Have stayed at this type of property a lot; towards the bottom of the range for standards of Springhill.
