Walking distance to stores and food

Bargain in good location

The hotel itself, you get what you pay for. Good deal and quick uber trip to the event we were going to at the NOS center. Convenient shopping nearby and a Denny's you can walk to made the location even better.

Excellent for the price, but no hair dryer.

This property is next to a Denny's as well as another hotel and some industrial-type buildings. My room was very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were great. There are dispensers for hand soap, shower soap and shampoo, which supposedly had conditioner in it. (I just wish I would have taken some conditioner along for my hair type!) There was a microwave avd,refrigerator, but no hair dryer. I really enjoyed my stay. The gentleman working the front desk was very pleasant. I will definitely stay there the next time I have business in Redlands.

The high point of this place is the Dennys.

Adjacent to a freeway off ramp, which isn't really a problem. However, the hotel is completely dated and ran down. Got a 2 bed room and was presented with two disposable water glasses and two tiny towels that have seen better days. Clean? Yes. But nothing at all to enjoy about your stay. Oh, I forgot, there's a Dennys in the parking lot if you're hungry because there's no food or drinks to be had here.

not bad at all

the hotel served its purpose. a friend and i went for an event at the NOS event center about 6-8 miles away. the inn itself was pretty old so you can expect it to not be fully renovated. free wi-fi was limited to 2 devices but if you wanted more, front desk offered a code for more devices. there were direct tv cable so there were hundreds of channels even i got overwhelmed by all the channels! it worked for a place to stay near the event area and the inn was within 1-2 miles of major shop/food centers like target, chick-fil-a, fast food restaurants for those that don't have a car. it was pretty cheap in price as well, and i wouldn't say you really get what you pay for.

I had the worst experience ever. I had reserved a spa room and got just a bathtub. There was a husband beating his wife next to use so we were up till 4 in the morning due to the noise and to top that off. The phones in the rooms didnt work so we could call the police. There was no pool in this hotel which the site said it did. This was the worst birthday weekend for me. I will never go through hotels.com or ever stay at an americans best value inn again
