Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed to get one more room when we arrived, they refused to give us rooms next to each other even though they clearly had that available. The next day, there was a mix up over a room and they screamed at us for "giving the key to someone", that someone was my daughter who was staying in the room. Needless to say, we checked out a day earlier than planned and will never go back.

First of all, Thank you very much for having your stay with us. However, when you made a demand to have another room next to the room already booked, was double bed room and was reserved with other guest. You made a reservation for a single bed room. Hence, it was advised you not to have both the room together.
