easy check in and check out. nice amenities - including a pool and small gym. room was clean and spacious. initially reserved a king suite w/ sofa bed and was given just a king suite upon check in, however the front desk was able to correct this mistake pretty quickly. nice hotel considering the area.

beautiful hotel with awesome staffPosted Oct 30, 2015
Pros: Comfort and cleanliness
Location: Lots of shopping within a very short drive and some of the best food in the neighborhood. Close to freeways but far enough away so there was no noise.
The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable beds. No motel odors!!! The check-in was quick and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Great place to stayPosted Oct 20, 2015
Nice hotel, friendly staff, good hot breakfast. Found some hair from previous guest in the bathroom floor so I thought cleanliness could be improved on in that respect…vacuum better? I also wish the pool was heated as I visited in late October. The day was warm enough to swim but the pool was cold. Loved the hot tub though!

Beautifully appointed hotelPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: a professional, accommodating and friendly staff. From the front desk to the pool plant trimmer. Everyone greeted you with a smile
Cons: The Ayres group has thought of everything. Well run hotel.
Location: Redlands is a university town which has held onto its rural charm. Ffarmer's market ion Thursdays and great food tucked away in charming nooks.
We arrived about 10pm to find that the room we requested would not fit our needs (handicap fixtures required by one of the three of us and not requested upon booking). The staff was extremely gracious and went out of their way to make certain that we had a room which worked. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Great breakfast bar and afternoon wine and cheese were just delicious extras.

The best hotel near the University of RedlandsPosted Sep 21, 2015
We stay here every time we visit our daughter in college. It is less than 2 miles away. The staff is friendly and always say, Welcome Back! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are so comfortable and they have hot breakfast included. They also have free wi-fi.

Outside entrance to your roomPosted Sep 14, 2015
Decent motel, but when you are traveling with little ones the outside entrances creep me out.

Hotel staff/service was great! Would have given cleanliness a 5, but the carpet needs a thorough shampoo cleaning or be replaced. Also, mattress was ok, furniture was nice, spanish tile in bathroom was beautiful. Appreciated that bathroom sink was separate from toilet & shower/bathtub.
